Lacks significant functionality
While the application “works,” the amount of things that one can actually do with it is rather limited. For example, there is neither Wallet support for the ID card nor a Touch ID login option.
There is a provider search, but it is not user friendly.
Need to consider hiring a developer to bring this app into the 2020s.

Having problems making an account or logging in? Login to the website first then do the app. That’s what worked for me,app works perfectly once logged in.

Simple app
Pros: this app is simple to use, info and benefits are easily accessed (once you are logged in).
Cons: there is no AppleWallet compatibility. It is a pain having to log in each time to provide proof of insurance. Hopefully, the developers will consider adding AppleWallet compatibility to this app soon!

Useless
Can’t get logged in. Keeps saying error. Automated phone system is actually worse than Bank of America. Even with this “benefit” glasses for my wife and I cost over a $1000. LensCrafters told us their coupons save more money than the discount. But at least the premium is cheap and you do save on the actual office visit.

The app works fine but it is a pain to log in each time. It needs to update so you can login with finger print or face recognition.

Can you please find another calendar to choose your birthdate? If you were born before 2000, you have to tap that arrow at least 500 times😒

No reason to bother downloading the app. Doesn’t give you search parameters beyond laser or pediatric. Can’t search by insurance accepted. When you click into a doctor all it says is “NOT LISTED” for all services offered.

Each time I want to use the app, I always have to log back in. Otherwise the app is fine.

Cannot Finish creating account
When submitting info to create account, pop up “ERROR” prevents completion of account. Sad because having apps for healthcare have been very useful and time saving for members and company.
