This app includes a subscription option, or you may purchase classes as you go.  Our instructors carry multiple certifications, and do continuing education on a regular basis.  Our owner, Teresa Evans, is a GIFT Fellow graduate from the Gray Institute and has been a certified fitness professional for over 20 years.
