The Texas Children’s® Anywhere Care app allows Texas Children’s Health Plan members to consult with a live doctor through online video chat about non-emergent conditions. Our physicians and advanced practice providers can conveniently diagnose and write prescriptions for a variety of routine medical conditions. Please note certain conditions may require an in-person visit; for example, strep throat or injuries needing an X-ray. I love this app
I am so happy that someone thought about creating this app for people. It is very convenient and helpful for those who can’t get an appointment to see doctor on the same day or don't love close to an urgent care. My service was amazing and the doctor was amazing helping me with all my problems and answered all my questions with out rushing me. Will be using this app again in the future.

App not good
The pediatrician was great but the app not so much. I will not be using again. Everything was smooth with virtual visit with Dr. I even received the visit summary stating that my daughters prescription was sent to Walgreens but Walgreens never received it. When I called the phone number for prescription issues, they said they couldn’t find my visit information. That it shows disconnected. That I needed to talk to customer support to make sure I wasn’t charged. Turns out they said I wouldn’t be charged because it doesn’t show anything about the visit. Nothing pulled up. That I would need to do another visit to get prescription. I’d rather go to urgent care instead because I don’t want to have this issue again.

Great visit
Dr. Pankratz was very attentive and took her time going over my daughter’s symptoms. She was great and I highly recommend her and this app for televisit appointments. This is a great way to get immediate attention for non- emergency care without having to leave your house and sit in waiting rooms. Very convenient and I feel you get sane great quality care abs attention.

Wonderful experience. Definitely relieved to have this option as COVID-19 is on the rise and precautionary measures are unknown I am grateful to speak with and see a medical professional at my convenience. I was on hold for 1 hour and when it was my turn they just hung up the video call and they did not call me back. I had to wait 3 patients again in front of me its not fair.

Can’t log on
While logging on it continuously tells me there is an update. The app isn’t showing an update in my App Store so I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it numerous times only to get the same outcome. What’s wrong with the app?
