The best part of the game is I can now have my own fleet in one account. I only have 2 ships right now and thanks for making ship 2 available once you discover 100% of the starting area. It helps with venturing out and not dying as quick. I still die a lot. I am the professional dier of the game. Such a pro! I haven't done pvp, too scared still. I do have a Corp but I haven't talked much and everyone seems pretty cool so far. The only annoying thing for me is the guides in game are really lacking. They really need a more picture detail guide for people who hate reading. (Those who quit reading this because it's so wordy.) I typically love crafting in games, and there is no detailed discription how it work. I research everything I don't use and yet I can't craft anything. It gave me 6 items at the beginning to make, but after that nothing. I feel like that is a glitch or I am missing something obvious. I play on pc, mobile and steam deck. Steam deck is my favorite so far.

Living it up in TiB 2, can’t believe it’s finally here.. or it’s been around for a couple months. Things to say, well… I’ve played TiB 1 for a long time and this game definitely is an improvement from the old feeling of the first game. The ship models are great, and community as crazy as it comes. Everyone is willing to help and grow stronger, and of course there’s competition between fleet battles. I played the beta in Phase 1 and 2, and can say the developers took into account what the testers had any issues about and fixed bugs almost immediately. Little bit new things and UI that takes a little bit to figure out. Multiple ships at the same time, multiple guns and drones, and a Corp system as it was previously, a crafting system and even Arena.

The developers listened to the players and made a game with more depth. The ability to cheat had also been reduced or eliminates so an extra bonus. As you increase in skill you control more ships and customize your gear to eliminate other players. There are plenty of npc types to kill until you can level up enough to go vs players and their fleets. The old game had players hooked for around a decade and it looks the reboot will offer enough to keep players logging in.

Tips. You need to join a corporation to get the full experience of the game.

The game is a challenge to see and play on a phone and much much better on an iPad or tablet

I played The Infinite Black off and on for a few years and have been casually following the development of this version up to release.

This feels very familiar, but has many improvements that are largely driven by player and testing feedback. The game has overwhelmingly good support and attention from its creators, and it feels great!

The 3D environment and ability to see other ships in nearby areas makes it very immersive. Looking forward to learning and discovering more of what makes this game so unique.

Great game. One things I think needs added are two of every map for pve. Pve Uni 5 gets gets so crowded some times. Also I think it would be cool if you are part of a corp your aviator got a uniform created by the corp also the uniforms are different by rank with badges of your corp and alliance on there somewhere. You would look like your part of a space navy.

As someone who played a good deal of TIB 1 I can truly say this took all the greatest parts of that and turned it into something even better. The crafting and leveling feels very in depth and feels substantial and meaningful. UI design is very nice compared as well.

Truly well done job. A lot of hard work was poured into this game by the developer. Incredible work so far.

Spellbook developer is a small game company with high values and focus on excellent game experiences.
Tib 2 is a fun community based game with lots of variety. PvP or PvE, be your own fleet admiral.
Many ships, many types of equipment, many maps to explore.
Please give it a try and play for at least a couple weeks in order to grow and do it all for free with no ads.

Honestly almost want to say it’s too addicting! Developers are great and are always open to hearing new ideas and constantly coming with new updates, would highly recommend. Not a super pay to play can easily keep up without paying! Come try for yourself - IGN : Turk

The first game was deep in its simplicity, but this is a step above. Spellbook created a game with so many more features and plans for the future while still remaining faithful to the gameplay from the original. Although it’s only just released, I can’t wait to see where the game goes from here!

Great game that can be tough in the beginning to learn. But there is a lot of help within game, especially if you join a faction. This is one of the best games where if you don’t play 24/7 that’s okay. You don’t have to be afraid of losing everything. But yet you can pvp or pve all you want.
