While many users enjoy drifting off to sleep as music continues, we've heard from some that you would prefer to have the music stop at the end of a session, so we've added the option to have the music auto-stop in the Customize Your Tapping menu! We have also added the option to set your player with no avatar - ideal for sessions without tapping points or when you just want to enjoy a relaxing background.

Life-changing! 🤗😍🥰
This app is helping me SO much. It’s a simple meditation technique where you tap on these points on your head and face and chest. You get an opportunity to actually recognize and feel your “negative” emotions so they can get out of you. Then they guide you to fill up that space with positive, life-affirming, self-loving thoughts. I’ve been “trying” to do meditation and happy thoughts for years and it always feels like a chore or it’s traumatizing because I don’t know what to do with my negative thoughts and I feel like I’m failing. This makes it so easy and productive! I happily and comfortably meditate every day, and often several times a day with this app. It has improved my mental and physical health as well as my relationships. I feel that I have the emotional support I have so long lacked because this technique empowers me to hold myself when I am feeling something unpleasant rather than “taking it out” on others or hurting/self-sabotaging myself.
I cannot recommend this highly enough. It’s definitely worth the trial, at the very least! It is so well priced for what it offers: a way to take power over your own experiences and perspectives and therefore your whole life!

This WORKS!
I’m not a big meditation, yoga type person. It’s just not my speed. I work in healthcare. I was so stressed out one day I couldn’t even catch my breath. My mind and heart were pounding. Normally I handle myself fine but this day it was too many stressors at once. I left work and sat in my car to collect myself. I stumbled across Tapping with Nick and his sister. I did that anxiety tapping meditation about 4x in my car and felt such relief!! I was *shocked*. I started laughing in my car. Yeah, people in the grocery parking lot gave me the stink eye as they drove by me but ... whatever. I continued to do it at work. And the next day and the next. My coworkers thinks I’m crazy as I walk off the floor and tap away. I don’t even always do it in a “zen” spot. Often it’s a mix of prayer and tapping, out loud, in a janitor’s closet or shared office. This stuff works. Like really works. One last thing: After I’ve tapped the heck out of an issue for a while I’m finding, inexplicably, it just melts away. I don’t have to revisit it very often. Weird. All of it is weird. All of it has been revolutionary for me (when I’ve stayed committed to it). So, part science, part woowoo spirit stuff, and for me, I place Jesus Christ in the mix and voila!!! Tapped peace.

Whoa.. big difference
So my friend kind of forced me to download this app. He kept pushing me to try it so I finally just did it. The first time I tried it I did feel better but last night I tried it for the second time & saw incredible improvement in how I felt. The entire was full of tension, headaches, & extreme grogginess. I had only a few hours of sleep the night before & tried to take a nap throughout the day but couldn’t fall back to sleep. Well I tried it right before bed & after the 10 minute session already felt so much more improvement.. I didn’t feel groggy, my headache went away & tension throughout my body was eased. I went to bed hoping I’ll get a much better night sleep than the previous night.. well I woke up this morning knowing that I didn’t roll around throughout the night - which is exactly what I was hoping the tapping session would do for me. I’ve only done the free ones so far & they’re a great offer.. would like to see a free trail if possible to see what other sessions would look like. One suggestion Ill make is to add a little more in depth instruction on how to tap - how fast & how hard. The app is beautiful. Thank you!

Everyone Should Have This App
I don’t have a lot of time to write this because I need to get to my tapping but this app has been amazing for me. I knew about EFT before and it was the most effective thing in helping me get through PTSD. But I usually didn’t make time for it and had a hard time motivating myself to do it. Now I use this app almost every day, sometimes twice a day. I notice a huge difference when I use this app for tapping—my stress levels go down almost every session, and the more sessions I do, the more effective they become. I’m a very sensitive and emotional person so my emotions are often at a 10. Using this tapping method used to only bring me down 1-3 points from a 10, so down to a 7 sometimes. Now, the sessions can bring me down 4 points from a 10 to a 6 pretty often! Maybe one day I can even get down to a 0! I am becoming a calmer and more self-assured person and I know that this practice has a lot to do with that. It also helps me sleep a lot better, fall asleep faster and sleep more deeply.

Getting off of Opioids
I lost my leg above the knee. I had been on Oxycodone before my surgery and after for pain. After a year and a half post surgery I had reduced my dose to 2.5 mg once a day in the evening. But no matter how hard I tried I could not get off that little bit. My Dr lent me The Tapping Solution. I studied the part that pertained to me, chose my mantra, and started the 1st night with no medication. After 20 min of tapping I fell asleep. I awoke at 3A feeling nauseous. Fell back to sleep and woke at 8A. Got up and was aware that I had no pain. That evening I again got into bed and began tapping. I tapped for 20 min to 1/2 hr. Fell asleep and slept through the night. The 3rd night I began tapping and fell asleep within 5 min. I woke up in the morning and realized that I’d had no pain since I started this series. A few more nights if beginning to tap and then falling asleep and I stopped the tapping all together. I have had no pain or phantom pain since. It’s been 3 yrs. I wish all amputees would try this drug free way of dealing with pain. It’s life saving.

I love this app. I have had this app for over two years. I think three years since it started and I love it. I’ve never had any tech issues, they have great tapping meditations that are easy to follow along. Over the years I have had both the paid and free versions. The free gives you plenty of tapping meditations to do every day and see if you will use it. The paid version gives you so much more.
Recently they have provided for feee the COVID-19 resources for anxiety, healing. And more. Even for children. All for free.
I LOVE the addition of the children tapping meditations. For years my Granddaughter, now seven, has lived with me and has trauma around going to sleep. Last night we were doing our bedtime routine and we did the children’s bedtime meditation and she was asleep within 5 minutes of doing it.
I can’t tell you how much this app and Tapping has really made significant changes in my life. I tell everyone about it. Give it a try, it’s free, and then when you love it do the paid version which is both reasonably priced and so so worth it.

Amazing Happenings
This app has already done some amazing little and big things for me. Little: I had a new arthritis ache beginning in my index finger. I bent it and felt the stiffness and pain, did some arthritis tapping, then bent my finger, no pain! Also, I have a callus in my heel that burns and aches after walking on too hot pavement years ago. It has been bothering for many years, but after I tapped the burning went away. Big: I have been tapping various things for a month or so and forgot my antidepressant on vacation. I really couldn’t tell I wasn’t taking it so I didn’t resume it. I no longer need it. I tried going off it before and I was just an irritable mess. It also helps with fibromyalgia and one day it came crashing down on me after not taking it for about a week or so. I did a little extra tapping and it helped. I still need to work on this aspect because pain keeps coming back, but I will continue to work. Thanks for thus app in so many ways. Really, thank you.

New To Tapping
Hello, thank you for creating this app. I am new to Tapping and only learned of it after it was recommended by Iyanla Vanzant during one of her live daily Antiviral Messages on FB. I downloaded the app as she suggested, because I have been living with the enormous pain of trapped emotion in my heart due to emotional trauma & disappointment and wanted to be free of it. After trying the session on releasing negative emotions picked up by others, I was amazed. During the Tapping session, I could literally ‘feel’ emotion lifting and leaving. I have not gotten it all out. I’m not sure why, I believe because it is so deeply embedded. But I will continue working on it. I cannot get the paid version, but will keep using the available sessions for as long as they are available. I’ve been diagnosed with cancer and I am convinced it is a manifestation of the negative emotions I’ve harbored all these years (I’m 50 now). Again, thank you so much for this app. May you be abundantly blessed for the gift of this TappingSolutions app to us all. May you truly be abundantly blessed.

For years I have innately had the belief that there has to be a way to tactically perform in my recovery. I knew in my soul that “just” talk therapy was not fulfilling me, it was just not “enough”. I knew that I needed “something” to physically “do”. I needed something that I could “do” when I needed to get through those tough times. I knew “will power” was not a tool that “I” could perform to really get me through those tough times, get me through my triggers. I needed things (“action” things), things that I felt like I could “do”, to “perform” to aid myself, things I could “tactically” perform. Well THIS App IS EXACTLY that “thing” that you can tactically perform in an instant/on demand. I don’t have to just “sit in my suffering” or “white knuckling” it. I can physically do this app. In short “don’t tell me, but show me”. This app “shows” you items to “physically” perform to heal. IT IS ABOUT TIME we had something like this!!!! Tapping can help even the most skeptical
I learned tapping years ago in a treatment setting for depression & mental health. At that time I was too unwell and skeptical to take it seriously. Last year I was given a free tapping book as a gift from thrive market and decided to give it another try. I immediately loved the book and the way Nick writes about how our minds can really mess us up, even when it’s trying not to. I love his idea of a “panic sack” we need to put down (a panic sack meditation on the app would be awesome!). Since getting the book I have used tapping very effectively. This app helps me a lot more, however, because sometimes I don’t want to read along in a book, I’m too tired or anxious, and having it read aloud to me from the app helps a lot. I use the free tapping meditations for anxiety and sleep on a regular basis. They help me get from intolerable levels of anxiety/stress/worry to a much calmer place. I can tell my breathing gets better, I feel less tense. I love it and really appreciate that the ones I really need are free!
