What a Relief!
And after trying for over an hour to get tickets to just five of the many Berlin museums without any success at all (they were booked solid for the next two weeks) I finally found this app. It is easy to use and does even more than I expected.
What a relief after struggling with the user-unfriendly websites of each museum which kept throwing me off for different reasons every time my finger slipped and I made a tiny error. I was able to make the reservation to my first museum almost immediately, for tomorrow. I did pay $25 for a ticket that would’ve only been $10 if I could have purchased it directly through the museum, but since that was impossible, I was very pleased to get what I got.
The only issue I had with the software was that when running it on my iPad, it was in a very small box on the screen and some of the words within the small box were so tiny that I had to find my reading glasses to make them out. I hope that when the developer reads this, she will fix it and then this app will truly be worthy of the five stars I am giving it.

The website of the aquarium of the pacific in Long Beach Ca has the link to Tigets for Tickets in advance. I purchased a group of adult and children tickets. There was no ability to indicate a senior ticket. I contacted a staff member of Tigets through chat to find out about a senior fare. She merely told me all information was on the app. It is not. I finally bought the tickets without a senior discount. At the aquarium I asked for the difference between adult and senior on one ticket. She immediately said no problem. Then she looked at my tickets and said they were not official aquarium tickets so they couldn’t help me since these tix were not guaranteed, even tho that was the link in the website.
So lest you have a concern with your tickets the aquarium won’t help. Buy your tickets at the site

Buyers beware!! Booked SkyJump tickets for the Stratosphere in Vegas
Buyers beware!! I booked a ticket for 4pm on June 3 for the Stratosphere SkyJump in Las Vegas through Tiqets website. My friends and I paid for the entrance fee to go up to the top of building thinking I was all set for my jump. When I went to check in the SkyJump staff proceeded to tell me that I also had to call and register because I booked with a third party vendor and it was not officially booked. Which Tiqets website never mentioned. Staff at stratosphere said they have been telling Tiqets company to alert customers to register but they are not doing so. Luckily I was able to get an appointment for the following day because they had an opening. If they were not able to fit me in, I would have lost all my money and my opportunity to jump. Huge inconvenience for me and my friends as we have to change our plans, wasted money for entrance fees for the two days and I was charged a fee by Tiqets site for their awful service. Never again!!! Be careful!! I recommend to call Stratosphere directly to secure your tickets.

Ordered tickets and never received them. I tried to contact Tiqets but the only option I had was live chat. I told them I hadn’t received my tickets or a confirmation or anything. The first answer I got was from a bot after waiting 10 minutes for a reply. It didn’t answer my question so the site said they’d give me Live help. They had three operators for the entire UK!! After another 10 minutes of waiting they answered my question of having no confirmation by asking for my confirmation number. I told them I didn’t have one. So then after another 10 minutes they said it’s an 8-10 digit

It’s a scam
They sell you tickets that they don’t have. They are a third party vendor that has zero idea what the availability is of the event they are selling, but sell it to you anyway. That’s why a lot of the times the event will be sold out on the official website, but Tiquets will still sell you a ticket with a time slot. When you go to the event and there’s no time slot for you, Tiquets will claim it’s your fault for not showing up early enough because they said in the description that “time slots aren’t guaranteed after arrival past X time,” in reality your time slot for your ticket are never guaranteed no matter when you show up. They won’t give you a refund no matter what. Horrible customer service. They don’t even have a phone number to call, you just have to chat with their incompetent employees. My experience was for the Country Music Hall of Fame, but based on the reviews, they do this scam for most of their events.

Don’t purchase tickets through this app!
I purchased tickets for my daughters, I drove 2hrs to SF, took 45 mins to find parking. My daughter was feeling somewhat under the weather the morning getting ready. Upon finding a park, my daughter stated she felt worse and wanted to lay back down. I reached out to reschedule/ not request a refund, and they denied my request. I then explained that due to the new new covid strain/ outbreak I did not want to have her amongst people and that I needed to get her back home to monitor her symptoms due to the mandated precautions. They still proceeded to tell me no! I feel that this is ridiculous due to the unforeseen circumstances that are out of my control, and deciding to protect others instead of forcing my daughter out of the car. I will now have to purchase 3 more tickets at a later date but they will for sure not be through this app!!! I thought I found a new ticket app!! I’m deleting this crap!!!

Scam alert. Do not use this company as they do not stand behind their customers. Bought the skip the line for Chichen Itza. We showed up and picked up our entry tickets using the email no problem. They asked us if we also wanted a guide. Yes, we did. We paid 1000 pesos for a guide and they called one on their phone for us. The guide gave us a mediocre, three hour tour of the ruins. Afterwards he was not paid by the company for his service. We confronted the lady that took the money from us and she claimed we never paid her. We called security and she also lied to them. We called Tiqets and they said she was a third party vendor and they would do nothing about the third party vendor’s dishonesty. We ended up paying the guide directly, but this company does not support its paying customers. Further, paying extra for skip the line was worthless. The regular line was almost nonexistent. This company will never get my money again. Buyer beware!!!

Ripoff
I bought 2 adult tickets and one child ticket for the Catacombs in Rome. When we got there, the tickets were much cheaper at the ticket booth and we still had to stand in line to get paper tickets. So including the processing fee, and over charged tickets, this app overcharged me by 13 Euros! And didn’t save me any time. I’m asking customer service to refund the overage and I’ll remove this review if they do, or change the rating and edit it to say they made it right. Otherwise assume it stands as written.
Edit: they offered me 10% discount off my next tickets. Well that’s less than they cheat you, so I’d still be paying more than at the ticket booth even with this 10% so-called “discount”. Will delete the app now. Never again. They should be ashamed of themselves, cheating hard working people. Let my mistake guide you, don’t even try with this one.

Totally not acceptable
I went to Barcelona, bought tickets into the park. The tickets give you an address of a meeting point. It does not say to look for a sign that says this or that. No clear instructions but i travel all the time so didn’t think it would be an issue. The park has tonssss of people. We waited a half hour early to be safe. NO guide in sight. Nothing. We walked around to the other side looking for help. I called the apps hotline to ask for guidance. Just an email basically saying the tour went on without you and no refund. I don’t give the dumb refund, i just wanted them to admit the set up is stupid. You need to explain to customers that you need to just go up to random people asking are you my tour guide bc i won’t be holding a sign or in any spot for you to know i am your tour guide. Do NOT book. The park itself offers the same price with actual

SCAM DID NOT RECEIVE TICS
I purchased tickets thinking it was fast & reliable. Created an acct. First of all, I only received a confirmation email (conveniently accepting my pmt.) then the app. said the tickets would appear after 10-min: NEVER DID. I kept requesting a link to verify my acct. & ea. link was bad, broken & unverifiable. Clearly, they were experiencing internal difficulties. I had to repurchase tickets on-site. I was busy & had a long drive back home. When I reached out to “chat” customer srvc. (Which was not clear & visible in the app) they beat around the bush & insinuated that I was lying & that their return policy could not be breached. I’ve worked in Cust. Srvc., every case is different & refunds can be amended based on the circumstance. They ONLY care to take your money! If they have technical difficulties, they will not refund you. DO NOT USE this company!
