Disappointing
I bought this scale for all the fancy features that is supposed to come with it but NOPE. I’ve attempted to create a profile 3 - each time I enter all my info & pic app spins on SAVING PROFILE. It does not move forward from there. Ive even allowed the app to sit open for up to 15 minutes & it’s still spinning. I’ve checked my internet connection & phone…it is working just fine. Super annoying. Pls help! I need to get this working. Thx.

Working for me
It appears to be working fine for me. I felt setting up the account and getting the scale to connect to the app was fairly easy. I know I’m overweight and out of shape lol. I’m not quite sure if the body stats the app gave me are accurate- I still need to research before I completely accept them. Lol
Two questions :
-Why do I need to make an account using my name, email and password??? I don’t understand why I can’t just use the app with no connection to the outside world.
-Is the developer even associated with TKO??

Basic but helpful
Initial setup process doesn’t work with phone verification, you need to use email. Pretty easy to set up. Stated my fiancé is obese even though he is 210 pounds of pretty solid muscle. Just like a basic bmi reading for anyone, not a generally accurate way to measure health. Mine was very accurate though and I found it a helpful starting point.

Returning my scale due to USELESS app
This app literally only worked the first night I brought my scale home and that is it. Every time I tried to use it after it doesn’t even connect to the scale per “Network Request issues”. What’s the point of buying a body composition scale if you aren’t able to access the metrics??

When I first got the scale couple months ago it work great. Now it will not connect and it is like I never even had an account.
I agree with a previous review why can we not just Bluetooth to it. Why do you have to have an account, especially if in a couple months it is like you never had one.

Disappointed
Today the app stopped working- erased my profile and won’t let me log into my account. I have been tracking my progress for almost 3 months and now all of that data is gone. The link for tech support is dead. I have no idea how to fix this glitch!

App Quit working
I experienced the same as many others. I bought the scale, downloaded the TKO software and all was good for about maybe 2 months. Now the software doesn’t connect with the scale. I don’t exist in the software and am unable to create a new profile. All my data is gone. Not too happy.

Doesn’t work
Was great for the three months that it worked one day the app completely shut down and now I can no longer get into my account so all I know it my weight which I don’t care about I have the app for my fat% if I wanted weight I wouldn’t have bought a smart scale

I don’t get it. It was fine for months and then all of the sudden it just stopped working. Don’t see any updates, and it worked a week ago. All my data is gone, and I logged out but it won’t let me log back in or reset my password.

Wouldn’t buy again
Weight can be off by 5 lbs at times. Don’t know how accurate the rest is. Use the scale for maybe 3 months and the Bluetooth stopped working. Making the smart scale useless. Cant even find contact info for company. I’d recommend buying a different smart scale
