Great for all kinds of workouts!
I’ve used this app both in the gym and at home, with a more limited option of weights to use. I love it because even though I don’t have as heavy of weights as I’d normally use, staying focused on how long my muscles are under tension has had me actually feeling sore the next day, which normally isn’t the case for my home workouts! Train centric has really helped my workouts improve both in intensity and results, and keeps me accountable during my rest times and not skipping sets or reps. It also has helped my form with their helpful reminders during lifts! Would highly recommend to anyone trying to improve muscle gain.

Take your workout to the next level
I’ve been using this app a for about a week now, and it took my workouts to the next level. I’m able to make that kind to muscle connection and feel the complete movement. It has given me the ability to see the concentric, isometric, and eccentric movements, it does the thinking for you. I feel that I’m able to be more focused through my workouts more than before, and reduce the risk of injury and helps with just getting to that next step. I’d definitely recommend this app to anyone looking for that next step in their workouts!

If you’re lifting without it you’re doing it wrong
I can’t say enough great things about Traincentric. I’ve been using it solidly for about 2 months and I’ll never be in the gym without it again. It’s the first app I have ever spent money on in 10 years of using any apps (but the free version is enough as well if you don’t mind not storing a ton of days). I’ve never felt the mind muscle connection on some exercises, but this has helped tremendously. Every single day I leave the gym sore and since beginning with this app I’ve increased either the weights I’m lifting each set or overall strength. You need this app.

Simple, effective, and efficient
This app makes working out less of a chore and more goal oriented. I had a good gym routine going before I started using it but I was working out pretty aimlessly. Now I can easily track which workouts and weights I’m doing so I know exactly what I need to do when I go in. It cut 15 minutes off all of my work outs because it lets me know my rest time between sets and I don’t have to mess around debating what exercise I need to do next. It also has links to free videos that show you the proper form. It’s only on version 2.0 too so more to come

Best Time Under Tension for The Gym, Rehab, and Dynamic Stretching
This app does exactly watch it says it does with and you can use the verbal commands to do the concentric et eccentric. I’ve used it for years with no issues. It offers lots of options to creating your tempo. Their support team is excellent if you ever need help or have an issue. Thank you so much for creating this app. My hope continue to add new features and even more options while keeping the basics of what has worked with this app for years.

Something new!
I've really enjoyed using this app! It took me a little bit to get used to this training style, which is expected.
This app is best for people who have been working out for a bit or are at least familiar with the gym. The simple divisions of concentric/isometric/eccentric muscle training style that this app uses is well thought out and executed wonderfully. I've felt a difference in the way my muscles feel after using the guides this app provides.

Highly recommend if you're wanting to take your gym experience to the next level!

I’ve been a trainer for a few years and have trained with numerous people and everyone has their own style. I’m a big fan of quality reps vs quantity. This app fits my style beautifully. It doesn’t matter how light you go, the tempo makes it incredibly difficult. All momentum is removed and your muscles are under load the entire time! I love the voice audio feature as well. I can have my headphones in and not have to worry about making the screen in eye sight. I haven’t had a bad workout yet while using this app!

Tempo!!!
This app has changed the game. I’m someone that lifts regularly but hasn’t ever considered tempo when lifting besides timing the occasional “negative set”. Train centric has changed that. I’ve learned that tempo is everything. The longer amount of time your muscles are weight bearing the better opportunity they have to grow. The visual aspect keeps you on tempo and allows you to focus on your form and breathing during the set. One last thing I like is how the app remembers the weight you used last for a specific lift allowing you to track your progress.

Imagine this, you’ve been lifting for 4+ years you think you’ve been killing your lifts, you are noticing improvements and changes but they are slow and steady. Suddenly you come across an app that LITERALLY accelerates the gain train full speed ahead. I have seriously, never FELT, my muscles work, fatigue and activate like I do with train centric.
