Trainimal Woman provides personal training and nutrition coaching for women in all stages of life. We guide our members to make healthy choices in diet and fitness. Our focus is to establish basic habits that suits your life, for a healthy lifestyle. Establishing new habits takes time – there is no such thing as magical training method or miracle diet. Together we will help you find a solution that fits your needs, for you to succeed with your personal health goals.
Trainimal Woman offer two kinds of membership: Premium or Basic.
As a Trainimal Woman Premium member you will receive personal coaching from our experts in nutrition and training: Our nutritionists all hold a university degree in nutrition or dietetics, and our personal trainers have years of experienced from working with clients in gyms. Together, you will work on your personal diet plan and exercise program to reach your goals. You will receive follow ups on a weekly basis and, when needed, have adjustments made.
Should you prefer our app only membership, Trainimal Woman Basic, you will receive a training program and meal plan based on your individual profile. You will get full access to all features in the app and will be able to consult our coach pool when in doubt.
The Trainimal Woman app is your tool to manage your diet plan and exercise programs. The app is where you communicate with your coaches, ask questions and upload exercise videos for feedback on execution. Our own exercise bank contains more than 700 videos for inspiration and guidance. With features such as your own individual meal plan and exercise diary, your will be guided to make healthy choices. Enrich your diet with more than 800 tasty and nutritious recipes and use the calorie calculator to plan your meals nutrient’s content.
Since 2010, Trainimal Woman has helped more than 30 000 women reach their goals. Our team of experts are experienced in training and nutrition throughout pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, IBS, diabetes 1 and 2, hypothyroidism, allergies and special diet. It is safe to say that we love strong women who will not settle for less and decided to go for their goals!
