Amazing is all I can say about this app
I have been having trouble with my lungs do to my asthma for months now. I like many other fear going in and getting infected like the millions of people in the US today! So when I saw this pop up in my newsfeed I was hesitant at first thinking yea right. Boy was I wrong took me less than 5 min to sign up, and less than 25min having a diagnosis and a solution! I’m not kidding it was faster than goin in.

this is perfect for someone such as myself who has a hard time getting to and from appointments, I’m so relieved that I have another way to speak with a health care professional and not have to leave home!

1. If it’s only for a small number of states list them up front in the App Store description.
2. After downloading it showed me a support chat but said support is offline.
3. You have to make a totally separate account with separate credentials from the rest of UHC (dumb, and bad for security).
4. You don’t find out your state isn’t supported until after you download and make a new account.

It’s a okay app 😁
Wish the doctors had the option to provide patients with temporary medicines for mental health ect but the app don’t give them permissions do this just yet I feel it should take affect for people like me who suffers with anxiety on a daily basis

Needs improvements
Would not download on Android so I tried using my iPhone it was able to download but the video call does not work only shows me and the rest is a blank screen. I can not hear or be heard from the doctor trying to call me. Please get this fixed so that it can be used to help stop the spread of COVID.
