CBT journal!!
I have been dealing with anxiety for a while now and this app has been incredibly helpful in helping me work towards structured CBT journaling. The app has some helpful prompts and contextual text which helps propagate you through your first journal entry. I particularly love the “thought traps” buckets. It helps identify some of my common behavioral pattern and prods me towards healthier “avoidance” routes. The user experience is minimalist and clean which is helpful as you go through this journaling process. Very thoughtful and engaging!

Has really helped me with my anxiety
I’ve had anxiety for some time now, but I’ve only recently learned about CBT and I’ve been using the app to put it into practice.
The journal helps me adjust my thinking, figure out things I can do to improve my situation, and manage my anxiety.
PS, I’m a big fan of the message that tells me my entries are saving. It seems like a small thing, but it’s really reassuring!

What a joy to use this app. It’s thoughtful designed, easy to use, beautiful, and fun to interact with. It also really helped me catch some thinking traps that I am most susceptible to and prevent them when I’m not using the app. Excited to see what they do next; highly recommend!
