This is only useful for plan info, no help for referrals, no resources.
I downloaded this because I was on my mobile device trying to look at alliance providers and a pop up overlay keeps appearing and no way to click through to the external find a provider page (Canopy health group).
I’ll need to wait for a desktop browser—bummed.

is this actual insurance?
honesly btx the app and website and third party processing and lack of email communication western health seems like it isnt even a real insurance company. They would be charging me almost 500/month if i didn't qualify for assistance. Take a look at geico and do better. We all hate insurance because it feels like a scam but atleast put massive effort into your interface, customer info resources and payment. Im afraid if something does happen ill be paying my premiums for nothing and left holding the bill.

App looks good from the starting page, however if you try to go anywhere such as to get information on your provider, it automatically closes. Basically worthless.

Not working - can’t log in no matter what
Website credentials work just fine, even reset them on app multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled app… will no longer let me log into my account.

This App is horrible!
I’m sitting here with my updated medical card, trying to create an account and it says it can’t find my combination of name, zip, account # and Birthday. I’m fairly confident I know all this info, so it’s not me. Plus, no way to contact for support.

I can’t get this app to function whatsoever. Blank screen comes up then app shuts down.
