Monitor Connection and view
I connect my iPad via an HDMI dongle to monitor. Had no issues with that until this week. App worked great for the 1st year.
Now, when I connect my iPad it says “connected to Wifibooth” instead of showing me a live view whenever I open this app. No other apps on my phone have said issues. It seems every other weekend there is a different bug.
I will inquire with apple to get money back if not fixed within the next week.

Questionable Business Practice
Unsubscribe me now, and do not ever charge my credit card, or my iTunes account, again. And fix this POC app, so that a person can contact the developer, and/or unsubscribe, without having to give you access to their photos. I’m sick of this sort of unethical software design. How the bleep is someone able to unsubscribe?The “subscription jail” is even more egregious than the $100 price tag, in that it was created intentionally, and operates surreptitiously, making it a breach of business ethics. You’re obviously a smart guy; you covered all the bases, every subscription iteration, except unsubscribing. In iTunes, you’ve got the automatic renewal set by default; two links to subscribe; but no links to unsubscribe, and in the app itself, you require the user to grant access to their photos, to even open the app, making it impossible to unsubscribe via the app. The web-sure is more of the same. There’s a ridiculous amount of content dedicated to the various subscriptions and features, but not one word about unsubscribing. And, performing a search on “unsubscribe”, in help, yields “no result”; no help whatsoever. It’s inconceivable that all these roadblocks to unsubscribing occur unintentionally. If you're that desperate for revenue, then you can keep my $100, but unsubscribe me immediately, and never charge my account again, or pay me double. And shame on you, if you don’t voluntarily cease and desist this shady practice.

Customer Support is Top Notch!
I’ve been using this app for the last 8 months or so. The previous app I was using didn’t have the printer support that I was looking for, and then I found WifiBooth! It has all the features I was looking for, and had great connectivity to professional photobooth printers like the DNP ones. I didn’t want to bring a separate laptop with me, so DNP WPS Pro support was a must. It just works right out of the box. I did have a small issue with one of the updates, where the printer would spin sometimes. I messaged support and within a minute or two I got a response and the developer helped me diagnose the issue and figure out what was going on! This is super uncommon for apps like this to have such quick response times and support of this nature. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great option for an iPad photobooth software!

Wedding Photobooth Ruined
I think the app is probably great but unfortunately I delegated the task of setup to those helping me setup the wedding and they missed the notification on needing to purchase. Now I’m stuck with about 1000 photos with a watermark that I don’t understand why I’m unable to remove if I pay. I would pay so so much to be able to have a library of usable photos and not disappoint all my guests. I need to know now how I can save any of these photos. I keep getting a prompt asking if I’m done with the photos and I’m so worried it will delete all of them. If I pay for the upgrade in the app will it delete all of my events? I need to know what my options are now that this happened. I’d obviously love to have the watermarked photos removed but for some reason that is apparently not possible. So since that isn’t an option, how can I save photos from my event now? Please help me.

Subscription Fee
Come on guys this subscription business model is getting out of hand, I guess we can thank Steve Jobs for that he told you developers to start using the subscription model, well it’s going to come back to bits you because how many subscriptions do you think people will allow you developers to continue to milk us forever, or until you stop supporting the product, then we are really screwed. What is it you developers want a lifetime income from one program, well I would have purchased your program for a fare fee and as updates come, I might pay you again for that update, not the business plan with subscriptions, I noted many developers do nothing with the app we are pay on a monthly or yearly bases and the updates are not ther. You just want to milk people for their money, well you don’t get my business.

Not reliable
The app is a great idea, but it didn’t come through when I needed it to. I bought the PRO version for a wedding event and had everything set up: props, backdrop, lighting, etc. I used a Canon 5D Mark IV and connected the app and the camera via the venue’s private Wifi. When guests arrived and tried using the booth, the app took about 5 minutes to load each picture, or it lost the picture all together. The live stream made the app incredibly slow, but even when it was turned off, the app wasn’t able to take pictures and display them on the iPad. It was disappointing to see people use their phones to take pictures when they had given up on the app. I’d like a refund.

Love this App!
I set this up on my phone at a party. Used a tripod and made a backdrop of streamers. It was awesome! It took great pictures in a dimly lit function room. The only problem was getting adults to try it out! But it’s so easy, read up on how to use it and practice ahead of time. I had it take four photos, in between it counted 4 seconds. Then it showed the 4 images and then returned to the camera. It worked perfectly!

Fantastic interaction at events
This app does a great job of offering settings so i can make it work exactly how i want it to, while staying dead easy for the guests to use. It connects to my camera so i can use my lighting system.
Overall this is the best app ive found for running a live photobooth with all the trimmings, and i love the offline email/dropbox support.

Feature Issue/Poor Support
I was very, very excited about using this app for remote video recording using my iPhone 11 Pro Max after reading about all the amazing features but I have only had the ability to take photos.
Your site not only advertises this feature in the plan description, I can see video settings although I have not yet had the ability to record video no matter what settings I navigate in search of this fix.
I cannot praise your stance on support, its extremely substandard so finding the exact answers is a needle in a haystack and without phone/chat support I feel as if I had to fend on my own immediately after payment.
As a new customer, I already have my reservations.
If you could please either share the fix or refund my money, I would like immediate response to this so that I can either enjoy the features of this app or find something more suitable, thanks.

Developer no longer fixing this product
I understand that you have a new photo booth product that is more expensive via subscription. My cameras no longer connect as they did (sony) and the app has not received any updates/improvements already found in your new product as well as many competing applications. If you are no longer making any effort on improving this product then please let me know so i can unsubscribe.
