I bought it as the product looked god and had a nice design with the 360 degree view. To get it working, good luck, I hope you have your engineering degree and it’s accompanied with some sort of an IT degree. I’ve been at this thing for almost a week. The Bluetooth set up was easy, however getting this camera to work appears to be a “never going to happen” situation. It connected to the camera Wi-Fi, I go to config as the instruction booklet states and then it asks for the Wi-Fi password?? So I’ve tried everything, reset the camera and wait and instructed to and guess what? Nothing, I deleted the app and the device and followed the instructions to the T and still nothing. I’ve requested my money back and I will make sure this time I look at the ratings and reviews. Your team should look into this as the product support system failed me as well!! Just very unhappy!!
