Our Fall 2023 update delivers a number of key improvements you've asked for along with some important bug fixes:

New Features

- Adding Availability is a great way to increase your Zeel bookings and make it easier for past clients to rebook you. But we've heard from some of you that it can be tedious to add and manage times. In this update we're introducing two new improvements to Availability: 1) Calendar Sync allows you to synchronize your third party calendars with Zeel. 2) You can set repeating Availability blocks with just a few taps and even have them expire after a set period of time.
- Autoreply can also get you booked more frequently, but sometimes you might want to only respond to requests that meet a certain minimum payment. In this update we've added the ability on the Availability screen for you to set payment amounts above which you would like Zeel to Autoreply for you.
- Scheduling follow-up appointments with a client is now more flexible with options to adjust the duration, type, and modality of the new booking.
- We've renamed the "Store & Deals" section within My Profile to "Network Benefits" to better describe all of the perks afforded to the Zeel provider network.

Bug Fixes

- We resolved a display issue with the guaranteed minimum base pay for Spa appointments.
- The Accept Booking screen's guaranteed payment explainer icon now displays helpful details when selected.
- We resolved an issue which prevented some users from confirming appointment requests that originated as direct rebookings from clients.
- Suggesting alternate times to a client for requests that span multiple days or have non-contiguous blocks of time is now fully functional.

Satisfied Vet
Been with Zeel for many years. Worked in 2 different states. Glad to see the improvements they’ve made over time. There are some features that don’t yet exist that should, but I think that’s more a feedback issue than a criticism of what already exists. The app works well most of the time. Any issues I encounter are corrected pretty quickly once I contact the support team. 4/5 stars because the autobook option has never worked for as long as it’s been featured in the app. Otherwise a satisfied vet.

Happy to work with Zeel
I’ve been working with Zeel since August 2021 and have been very happy with my experience. The hiring process was done within a timely manner and I was able to start working fairly quickly. Every Zeel Representative I’ve interacted with has been communicative and very helpful. There has been a few situations where I felt uncomfortable or unsure about a session, but the Zeel Safety Team always supported and reassured me about my decisions to protect myself and feel safe. There is only so much Zeel can do to protect you, so it’s awesome that they don’t force or coerce you to complete a session if you are uncomfortable or have a bad feeling. If you’re unsure, follow your gut.

The only thing I dislike about Zeel is the app bugginess. Sometimes requests will stay on my page past the posted date, multiple requests listed from a client for the same date/time, stating that I have no connection when I do, etc. It’s small petty issues that the team usually fixes for me when I bring it to their attention.

Zeel is growing and is updating its software as it goes. I have already seen improvements in the short time I’ve been working with them. I’m happy to be part of the provider team and wished I started working with them sooner!

Frustrating app- take caution
I have been with Zeel for a few months and have had nothing but issues with this app. I signed up for all modalities and was getting requests until randomly one day it stopped. When I checked my settings everything looked fine so I contacted support, they said on their end it has me on one modality. They couldn’t explain why it suddenly changed. They fixed this for me and I was back to getting massage requests again. And now today for some reason I’m not getting ANY requests, my friend who is in the same area has been getting multiple requests. Keep in mind I have amazing reviews from my clients. They can’t seem to explain why I’ve stopped getting requests. It’s infuriating because I rely on this for income. I’m missing out on requests because of some issue they can’t even explain.

A new problem every other week
So many issues. I have an iPhone 11 with iOS14.4 snd the latest Zeel app software. On 2/18 am I wake up to app kicking me off if I do not keep screen open. Tell me, how am I going to get a request with this type of problem??? All in ever told is delete app/reapply app, turn your phone off. Try again. This is not helping me. Prior and some what sporadic is “no notifications.” Yes, when that happens - same advice. For a month or more starting Dec 2020 I was constantly checking app for requests.
Now, I have to log on every time I want to try snd I mean try to get work. Ridiculous.
Anyone want to help- contact Zeel and ask for the person in N. Mia who already did a survey monkey bug notification, chat and sent email. Any response to me takes hours snd no one has any assistance.

Biometrics??
I’ve worked with Zeel for many years now in 2 different states and enjoy the platform. I just don’t understand why I need my fingerprints to access the app or I’ll otherwise receive a pop-up telling me to change my settings every time I log on or change screens. It’s not a major deal but is quite the nuisance to experience. That the only change I would make is to not have to deal with biometric pop ups

Great app, occasional tech issues
Love the app—easy to use. Once in a while an error message will pop up when I go to text or message client. Ie: I got to the hotel (didn’t know it was a hotel) and didn’t know the room number. I went to message or call client but there was an error saying there was a technical problem.

Never ending app issues
I do like the idea of this app but it always has issues. The one now is that I’m trying to set my unavailability for a couple of weeks. The app will not allow me to do it. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. It’s wasting my time. Also when I do back-to-back massages I can never check out properly. So yeah. I’d love for these issues to get fixed. I love the company. Just not the App.

Insufficient staff for support
I’ve been trying to get signed up on Zeel for a couple of weeks now. The gigs pay well in my area and have frequent opportunities. But my massage license has been denied by their third-party that validates licenses. This is incorrect, so I’ve sent multiple messages to support. Support takes weeks to reply and with an insufficient response to solve the issue. I’m not sure if I’ll ever get it figured out. I wish the support team for providers were a lot more efficient and helpful.

Terrible
The app is far from user friendly. I cannot accept or bid for any appointments because nothing ever shows up on my app even though I receive text messages about appointments. The menu options are very vague and pointless, you’re not able to do much on the app or even change anything besides your availability and location from there, so if you have an issue there is no way to really figure it out on your own . Messaging Zeel for help has also not been getting me anywhere with this issue.

Useless
Don’t even waste your time. It’s counter productive for the app to constantly send out requests when the customer only gets booked with their priority therapist. If you claim an appt it’s still not yours until the priority therapist turns it down no matter how long it takes. Please upgrade the development of your app to only send requests to the priority first and not everyone. It makes new therapist trying to get on the system discouraged and outraged. Quality is trash…..do better. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
