Doesn’t pair to phone anymore
Had the scale for at least 2 yrs and it worked great. But after moving it stopped working. Deleted my info and tried to re-bind my devices to the scale but now it doesn’t connect. It’s useless as a smart scale now if all it does is show weight and not BMI, water, and muscle weight.

Works Ok
Just received the scale and did the weigh in after pairing with the phone. Quick connection and display of information, so no issues there. Of course all the figures displayed, eapecially BMI and fat % are not going to be 100% accurate (given it is a scale vs, measuring BMI and fat % with water displacement). It is good for tracking improvements though, so that is the goal here. Some of the explanations within the app could clearly use someone more familiar with English to re-write them, eigher way, first several uses make it seem a decent buy. All of the information aside from the weight is only displayed via the app (quick download from app store) and is not visible on the scale display itself.

Does exactly what it claims and what I wanted
So far I’ve had no issues. Been using for about a week. No issues connecting with multiple phones. Weight matches the scale I had been using so seems to be accurate. Data seems valid. I open the app, stand in the scale and once it asks if I want it to save the data I say yes and it tracks my history. Also integrates with the Apple Health app fine.

BMI gives incorrect assessment
Pros: App integrates with our Bluetooth scale easily and makes logging your weight easy and effortless. Interface is decent.
Cons: BMI reports values that are way off. I'm 5'10 and weigh 170. I active and run / lift weights 6 days a week. It reports that I am overweight ( BMI of 25) even though I am at about 13% body fat. I know muscle mass can make differences in BMI and the values may be different for American users as the app is developed in Asia.

Please remove 1.0 from the title
Hello, on the iPhone it autocorrects the number 10 to 1.0 because there is an app on my phone that has 1.0 in it. It is this app. Can you please remove the 1.0 and just call it Zoetouchscale? It’s been 1.0 for years so there really isn’t a need for it, not like it’s getting updated.

Kids do not regretted on app
Please fix! My kids are 8 & 6 and they are super heavy to hold to weigh them. They can stand on their own, but a normal profile for them they have to be 10 years of age. How do I fix this? I am tempted to get another scale that will do this. I don’t want to go buy another scale but I will if I have to. So please fix!

Doesn’t work
It gives fantastic information but it keeps asking if I want to sync new data over and over when I step off of the scale. It’s useful for seeing your weight today but not your weight history because it thinks I weigh 0 pounds.

Fix Bluetooth Connection Issue-Does Not Connect
You need to fix fix the problem with Bluetooth connectivity. The fact that you don’t maintain your software, is not acceptable.

Not accurate
I’m 5’4 141 lbs and recently had a baby this scale says I have 36% body fat and I’m overweight??? Last I checked I had 24% body fat and was not overweight. If I was 160 and up I’d be overweight!! This app is not very accurate. It says I need to be 120 lbs. which is my goal but that should be on the lower end of average. Your gym and doctors will give more accurate results

‘Terrible Don’t Waste Your $
Got this scale to pair with an iPhone. Day 1 paired fine, weight & other percentages showed up in the app. Day 2 stepped on scale. Wouldn’t pair despite 50 tries. All info gone from app. Returning the hunk of junk! Weight is about 1.2 pounds off from all our other scales.
