Есть замечания по реализации
Начну с критики: перевод на русский язык не полный, описания все на английском. Вес для подсобных упражнений, типа жим сидя по углом и некоторых других не выставляется автоматом с учетом РМ в жиме лёжа. Соответственно, надо подбирать, чтобы не переборщить с общей интенсивностью.
Что хотелось бы видеть: возможность указать отстающие фазы, чтобы программа с учётом этого подбирала подсобные упражнения в цикле. Было бы супер!
Сами циклы буду тестировать, с уважением простой мастер спорта.
П.С. Циклы хорошие, но реализация программы ужасна, есть глюки, сам правлю руками. В итоге, заплатил бы те же деньги за экселевские файлы и не парился бы.

Перестала открываться через час. Не понятный интерфейс. Ссылка ведёт на чужой форум. 1000 рублей в мусорную корзину.

Идея хорошая, реализация отвратная
Очень хорошая задумка перенести эти алгоритмы на iphone, но то кому доверили делать эту программу явно отнесся халатно.
Программа не высчитывает вес для не базовых упражнений. Те покупая не самое дешёвое приложение в AppStore еще и сам по старинке считаешь вес.
Про частичную русификацию я уже молчу. Все описания на английском, да и приложение встречает вас с английским окном приветствия и ввода базовых параметров.
