Just need a little something more
As far as I know, this app is pretty good at exposing you to new vocabulary and what it would actually look and sound like in Japanese. I do wish we could get a little more like the part of speech, how it fits into a sentence, and the like, but I also understand that this is a rapid study on the concepts you choose. I did make the mistake of choosing all the concepts up front, so it feels like a lot of random words and phrases all at once. Overall, it’s been a nice addition to the other practice I do, and it’s helped to cement some associations with some of the kanji which makes them so much easier to remember. I would recommend it, just pace yourself.

Great App
Just one question though, i’m new to the app so i may get to it later, but i’m hoping for sentences. even easy common sentences in the early stages of the app. i hope to get them eventually, but if there aren’t any then that needs to be changed. There’s no point in learning words if I don’t know how to form them into the correct sentence

Misleading ads to rope you into paying
Nothing like the Instagram ad, which showed an anime episode with translations, making it look fun. They know that’s a tool everyone wants and they’re pretending they’ve developed it to get you to try a free trial that automatically charges you at the end. This app is basically just flash cards. There was an error on the first one I looked at. Use Memrise for free instead. It’s literally the same. I wouldn’t really be mad if they hadn’t put up that extremely misleading ad. I get that a tool like that is hard to make and takes time, but don’t pretend you’ve created it to trick people into getting your app. Shady.

Nothing like the ads
Just a glorified spaced repetition flash card app. The ads show you learning vocab by following along with subtitles, but it’s blatant false advertising. Like those ads you see for mobile games. Worse yet is you have to sign up for a trial before seeing what it really is. And it’s not even as fleshed out as some alternatives.
There are a couple desktop browser extensions with the advertised feature, but not quite as smooth looking as the ads for this showed. And nothing really mobile based. Really disappointed.

Good app
Pretty good app to actually learn Japanese, it’s pronunciation, and meaning. Lacking in how to form words with hiragana, kantakana, and kanji characters, to make learning even easier. Should probably add these features to further improve the app, and learning experience for those willing to learn Japanese. Now, that would be a five out of five rating.

If you want to learn Japanese and you're a beginner, use this app. I highly recommend it. But you should study the Japanese alphabet first and it's in the app too that's why it's very helpful.

Don’t waste your money on this
I am a native Japanese speaker and checked this app for my wife to learn Japanese as it was advertised in my Insta feed.
All the words seem to be translated using Google translate. Since Japanese is a highly contextual language, simply auto translating words won’t be too helpful especially when they are inconsistent or plain wrong.
I won’t recommend it even if it’s for free.

Great app with detailed lessons and features; I feel like I am learning the Japanese language better than in other apps.

Simple, great when combined with personal grammar study.
This app is all it needs to be, and it’s a great way to let the learner bridge some of the gaps, therefore making stronger connections.

Huge disconnect
I am not able to differentiate the complicated kanji when learning new words so when I have to “spell” the words, I am basically guessing. That’s not how I like to learn. The rest is ok but the choice of words seem incredibly random. I would not recommend this app.
