29k is a free non-profit app for mental health, wellbeing and inner development.

In the app you’ll find unlimited access to evidence-based psychological tools to cope with life in both ups and downs, feel good and thrive. You also have a supportive community at your fingertips. There are no in-app purchases and no advertising. We always put privacy and safety first so you can focus on your mental health and inner development.

We are a non-profit organisation on a mission to make all the amazing research and tools on mental health, behavioral change, wellbeing, and inner development accessible for all.

The app is available for quick relief, during hardships, when you go through life changes and for personal growth.

Choose between bite-size exercises, meditations, challenges, tests or check-ins for:

Utterly Amazing
I was skeptical at first that this platform would provide me with the right tools needed for personal growth in mental health and other areas of my life that I have been struggling with for about 7 years. I’ve been very active in therapy since then and talking helps, CBT helps, all of it helps but you only have around an hour once a week to work on whatever is on your mind. Most of the time I don’t know what to say or what is most important to address. But, by downloading this app, answering a few questions about myself, and realizing how amazing this will be for me, I made the jump. There’s something different about putting pen to paper, listening to the videos, meditating to the sound of a soothing voice while focusing on your breath and whatever is going on within your body at that very moment that made me realize maybe this is better than therapy. The best thing about it all is making yourself comfortable in your own space and not having to talk while focusing on the lesson. This is one thing I can do everyday that will help me in life changing ways. Just one step at a time. Day by day. I know things will get better. Thank you for this app 29k and everyone else who took the time to partner with them and offer this platform for everyone, for free, forever.

AMAZING!
I’m a therapist and I’m SO grateful for this resource. One of the most frustrating things for me as a clinician is how expensive access to Mental Health is and how the financial piece is a big barrier for some people to have consistency. Repetition is extremely important when it comes to creating neural pathways, changing habits, patterns and learning new ways of being in the world. In short, healing needs repetition, consistency and discipline and sometimes due to financial reasons people might not be able to have that and often times drop out of therapy leaving hopeless. I’m so glad this tool exists. Great for people who are currently in therapy as a way to continue working out themselves (without braking the bank), people who are not ready to start therapy or doesn’t want to but want to learn more about themselves, and people who are done with therapy but want to keep growing.

Truly Divine
I have followed Rachel for a long time. It is ironic how the timing of this app has come into my life. I’m about to graduate college. I am being constantly bogged down by fears, stress, and feelings of inadequacy. This app has come into my life when I truly need to pause and work on my self confidence, passion, and ability to be present- present with myself, present at work, present in my relationships and simply present in the world. All the Answers are Within
This app will guide you within to shed negative self talk and assist in unburdening your soul from deep wounds and giving back to yourself in a way that will make you feel whole. Peace of mind will replace all else. The only way out of pain is going within and shedding light on the darkness and the more light you bring to it the more it will dissipate.
It’s very easy and healing comes instantly and freedom from the pain is joyful. Repetition is key, you feel the pain, go within and feel it, look at it, each ache is a gift to go inside and feel it, so you could heal it. Bring it all out of darkness and into the light!!

Surprisingly helpful
This is a great tool. I like having the rhythm of a weekly practice to keep my attention on a topic like self compassion. I like that the other people help keep me motivated to show up because we have all made a commitment to this practice. I also like that it’s really about finding out how to heal oneself and it guides people not to fix the other people but to listen with full attention. So it’s teaching me how to be a better listener at the same time as showing me how I know what I need to feel better and so do the others in the group.
