Getting Started
*First, take a test to know your level: do as many sit ups or crunches as you can.
*Select your level by the number of situps you had done in the test. For example, if you did 7 situps start by level 1-10.\n
*You must complete each level in six consecutive days, if you can't do it restart the level from Day 1.
*When finish a leve take a test and if you are able to do a number of situps of the next level you can start it, if not you must repeat the level.
*If you need to rest one day you can do it the next day you take a test.
