Zappoblappo,
WebMD ONE with Daily Habits is Awesome
One of the most challenging aspects of personal behavior change is having a system that transforms your big health improvement goal into tiny activities that you can easily do while making it convenient for you to track your activity completion along with helpful prompts to stay with the program. I’ve found WebMD ONE smartphone app with Daily Habits to be the key to my success. The app is solid, no crashes or noticeable bugs. The UI is clean, engaging, and relaxing to interact with. It also automatically syncs with the desktop and bowser experiences that I use when in the office. I can get to Daily Habits with just two clicks, one to login with Touch ID and the second to go to the Daily Habit product experience. I also enjoy many of the other capabilities built into the app such as health and wellness driven interest streams, a clinically based health assessment, health coaching (voice and secure text chat), and The Invitational for team-based challenges. I highly recommend this app if you are eligible to use it as a health plan member or an employee of a company that buys it for their workforce. (This app is not available to the general public).

Easy UI
My employer requires all of the employees and spouses that are covered under their health insurance policy earn a certain number of wellness credits each year otherwise we get charged $240 per employee plus an additional $240 per covered spouse. Our health insurance is 100% employer paid and the wellness credits are an incentive to keep employees healthy in turn likely saving them from having to pay out unnecessary claims that could be avoided by a more healthy lifestyle.

Having an application on my iPhone to earn and keep track of my credits on the go makes a huge difference as I oversee landscaping crews in the field and not having to log in on my laptop daily to manage this saves me a lot of time.

There are still quite a few rewards tasks that prompt you to login to the desktop site and it would be great to see those brought into the mobile application as well.

Update: Much better
This is an update to a previous one star review. Back then it was not at all user friendly. They have since updated the app and it is a whole lot better with an “app” feel to it versus the previous which was more of a desktop version. I like it now and it’s so much easier to navigate.

Login issues; won’t Sync; super confusing
Often after the app updates, I have login issues. It’s so annoying it makes me want to uninstall. I just checked and my steps were last synced 5 months ago, even though it says it’s connected to Apple Health. My biggest issue is the abhorrent UI. It’s insane how many clicks/taps it takes to get to simple things. Then when I hit the back arrow, it often just becomes a white screen and I have to close/reopen the app.
This app has been trash for YEARS now- how have these things not been ironed out?! The hours required to fight this terrible app is absolutely not worth the $200/year that I can earn.
Reenierue,
Still figuring it out
I was not able to sign in for a few weeks - and then suddenly I was in, but the challenge was about over. 😟 Trying to sync my smartwatch was also frustrating as it still hasn’t registered any steps — and I’ve been working so hard at it!

However, the app IS something that encourages me to MOVE and to make better food choices! That alone makes it worth it!
Adam Boltz,
Poor Quality App
Frequent outages where login attempts time out. Very unresponsive interface where you tap on something and it takes more than one or two seconds to respond without any indication that it’s loading something (ex: The Invitational). And syncing steps used to work great — just linked to HealthKit and it worked — but now I spent dozens of minutes and had to write support to get it to work again. 3 out of 5 members of my Invitational team haven’t been able to get their steps to sync — very frustrating!
❤️❤️🤣🤣🤣🤣,
Helpful info
I have this app because I work where I work and this app is very helpful, but when I’m having trouble going back to an old reward that I didn’t download properly, I’m having a hard time getting help with that. If someone could give me a phone call, that would be great to go to how to do it on the old reward.

Maintaining Good Health
I am a 54-year-old African-American male. For the last 10 years of my life, I’ve learned how to keep my body weight close to my BMI. For the people who may be struggling with this, I’ll give you a tip. Simply watch what you put in your mouth both liquid and solid foods. This is about 80% of what you need to do to maintain your BMI. Exercise is only about 20%.
kg1359,
wonderful!!
I’ve had this app for years, and they have been making significant changes and improvements over the past 2 years. Well done, WebMD! Some of the features I love include face ID, apple health kit, biometric login, and forget username/password. This will always be my number one stop when I think about focusing on my health and wellness!!
VL2021,
Excellent information
This app has been so helpful. The activities and information are set up to help me be successful even on my busiest day. Variety is a key part of the daily flow as I am able to tap into many different ways to be healthy. Thanks WebMD for the tools to move forward in my journey to excellent health.
