Love it
I absolutely love this program. It has made me think of food in such a different way than I ever have before. When people would talk about mindful eating it didn’t make sense to me and now I am able to do that because they’ve showed me through small simple changes I can make to be more aware of what I’m eating and how full I am. I really love the personalities that they have teaching you each and everyone of these skills. They just seem warm and accepting and you enjoy watching the videos. The videos are brief and to the point and give tremendous amount of information in a short amount of time. I have only lost a couple pounds so far but think it is giving me skills that I can translate into using forever. Before I have only ever been able to you lose weight through counting calories. As soon as I stop counting calories the weight comes back. I am hopeful now learning some behavioral skills this can take away the need to constantly be counting calories and writing down each and every single thing that I eat. I do not have trouble with the videos freezing etc. as long as I watch them on Wi-Fi. The only time I’ve had issues is when I have tried to listen to them in my car. I am forever grateful to this program also for introducing me to Orange water! What a game changer that was for me and drinking water daily.

“Fitly Joined Together”!
OMGosh! What a BLESSING! I am really excited about this program, and am truly enjoying the app. As long as I can remember, I’ve been battling/struggling with my weight. Like many have attest, I too have shed numerous pounds throughout the years only to have gained them back and then some. Well in 2020 I reached an “ALL TIME HIGH”! You see, I’d always told myself, [self] you know how you put them [pounds] on, and you know how to get them [pounds] off, and as long as I didn’t reach a certain number (on the scale) I was good. Well, as stated above, in 2020 I not only reached that [infamous] number, I surpassed it! YIKES! I decided, that’s it! “Something’s Gotta’ Give”! I concluded, I’m too old for this madness and it was time for consistency in ALL areas of my life! I started researching and learning about my body, mindset and triggers. In the process of learning much insightful information to get me started on the path to [consistent] health and well-being, I was introduced to “Wondr”! I truly believe I now have all the pieces (of the puzzle) to manage my life-long journey to (weight-loss) success! This app is equipped with the tools to guide and help (I still must do my part) me along the way; at a simple push of a button! WOW! Thank you!

I was dubious, but it’s an approach that’s different and it works
I’ve been on every kind of diet. I’ve done intermittent fast, keto, weight watchers, Mediterranean, you name it. I work out. I run. I walk. I stand every hour. No matter what, I’ve always loved eating so much that it ruins my efforts. So, I was very dubious that this program would be any different. I was wrong. This really works. Instead of fad dieting, or weird mind tricks, this program teaches very easy techniques to change how you think about food, how you eat your food, and the best ways to make sure that your eating isn’t controlling you.
Anything you ever do to improve yourself will take some effort and will on your part. This program is no different. The part that works though, is that your efforts will be rewarded and you will truly change how you approach eating. I recommend this to anyone ready to finally learn how to eat appropriately, and change their life for the better. I am very impressed with the program.

Great program; App could be more robust and is a little buggy
I’m really liking this program and unlike many others, it’s really working for me, but I do have a few critiques of the app. The app is the primary way I access this program, so I find it unfortunate that there are some features that are only available on the website or in the physical book, which is the last thing I want to keep track of and use (e.g., a place to record your thoughts from the previous week is in the paper booklet but completely missing from the app). Also, although you can see the supplementary PDFs in the app, the viewer doesn’t work well, at least not on my iPhone 13, so I have to go to the website to view or download them. Lastly, whenever I’m assigned a “just for you” video, it doesn’t display correctly when I turn my phone to landscape mode; part of the screen always remains hidden even when I change the orientation back to portrait and I have to force close the app in order to see the video properly in portrait mode again. I’ve also started seeing this behavior with some of the regular videos. Please fix this!

Very Modern & Manageable
This program is very interesting. It isn’t overwhelming, like, “don’t do this and you can’t do this”. The focus to give you knowledge and teach you skills for you to incorporate into your lifestyle. They break it down by week, so it’s not so overwhelming. The videos are very knowledgeable, I highly recommend setting time out of your day to put your full focus into the videos, you get some valuable information. If you’re serious about weight loss, self-care, improving health, etc. this program is the one for you! There is so much more to it then just weight management. There are videos and articles for heart health, anxiety, fitness, recipes, etc. Give it a shot, it’s worth it. You will turn what you learn into habits into your life that you can be confident of and carry it with you for a healthier future. I do believe that the skills you learn from this program, will help improve your overall lifestyle.

This could be it!
I’ve tried a few weight loss programs, some of them are really good, but nothing was really lasting. Wondr teaches you to be mindful (I actually hated that word but now it makes sense ) of food ALL the time so no matter where you are or in what situation, you can put the skills you learn into practice.
This strikes me as a win-win situation from the get go. A few of the exercises they teach you seemed kind of ridiculous at first, but once practise, I was actually surprised how effective they could be! Call me acinic yes!
I’m currently only on week two and already I can sort of feel a psychological change towards food beginning to happen. Hey, one might even call it ‘excitement’ about food.
I might even be in danger of falling in love with food, having been one who ate way too fast, but this will be in the right way! I believe this course really will be life changing.

Mindfulness matters
I am enjoying Wondr because it is helping me to be mindful of not only eating, but all areas of my life. I find that mindfulness heightens the joys of our senses, increases gratitude, and incubates self control. Instead of rushing headlong into everything Willy nilly, it creates an anticipation, a challenge to fully experience, and a satisfaction and feeling of completeness. And it naturally includes self-control. I have always had a self-control issue, but I am discovering it isn’t self-control at all, it is taking charge of my schedule and keeping it in check. And thus does mean saying no too quite a few things I used to jump into. Now I ponder the effects of activities on our schedule, our time together, the quality of that time, and what things are possible now that I’ve made mindful choices. This is a huge change for me, challenging, yet rewarding. Thank you.

Poorly Designed
This app is poorly designed. Some videos don’t work or app crashes. In fact, the app crashes a lot, sometimes out of the blue for no apparent reason. Has a timer for logging meals, metrics and to help with determining when your full or still hungry during meals - it has no audio just haptics and no option to use one or both. I just use the timer that comes with my phone instead. I don’t link to any metrics. They’re just SC’s. I don’t give much information except weight and log time if they’re tracking that. You’re locked into only viewing videos for a specific week you are on, but when using the app or logging in via web browser I was still locked out of viewing all videos allowed for that week of training. Supposed to be coaching available, but it is through a chat section of their website. I waited close to 48 hours for a response on chat. If you want to speak with a coach you have to use a web browser to get to the support page and put in a request. It is not available in the app.

When we fail to recognize that life is imperfect, we fail to understand that life is an exploration. (We must be mindful that life, is a human experience). It is normal for things to happen to us. Things that happen to us can happen to anyone-to others. We should not to be hard on ourselves. Self judgement will interfere with our healthy and wellness.

Commitments to wondr is for the benefit of improved health. We practice with patience and focus. This keeps us achieving a calm mind and a peace. Time is valuable and necessary to deepen new and improved Wondr health and wellness skills.

Fail
The newest version of he NS app is IMO a complete fail. Presentation and function are inferior to the previous app (which fortunately still works) and the most recent previous app was inferior to the one prior to that. Each successive attempt by some techie to leave their mark on NS, saddens me. One small example...Two versions ago the timer worked great. Beeped when it was suppose to and was easily accessible. The prior version to this one made unnecessary changes to the timer. This newest version is significantly more hideous and makes it practically unusable.

Everything about the “enhanced” app is a complete turn off for me, and that is coming from someone who looks forward to new and improved tech, so I’m not one to not like it just because it’s different.

I anticipate deleting this sophomoric version and using the old one until it no longer functions, then just not using a NS app at all. Too bad. The rest of the program is so good, one would hope the tech aspect would continually evolve and become better. Instead it has repeatedly regressed over time.
