I suggest you read the privacy policy
While installing this app, I was concerned when it seemed that I was giving consent about something like data retention with no option to opt out at that moment. It said I could change preferences later in settings. I couldn't find any way to do that in the settings though. So I read the Privacy Policy to find out you have to contact them separately to opt out of their data collection for marketing and advertising. One example--They say "We may receive personal data about you from various third parties and public sources as set out below:" Sources include analytics providers and advertising networks. Websites do this all day long but I feel like a mental health app doesn't need to do this.
So my long-winded take is that I feel like they should tell you up front that they are going to profile you from third-party sources and also use this information to show you ads. It also should be easier to opt out.

But I'm not going to ding the app on stars. It seems like a good app. And they are seemingly honest in their privacy policy. It's too bad though that I am needing to read privacy policies.

Almost too good to be true
I stumbled upon this app one night while searching for calming apps to try. After trying a few different ones I have to say not only did Mind Ease blow the other apps out of the water, it actually HELPED me. The amount of personalization offered to combat your specific anxiety symptoms is unreal. I can’t recommend this app enough. I’ve already told all of my friends about it, so now I’m telling you too, try this app!

What I have been dreaming of...
I recently thought to myself, wouldn’t it be awesome if there were apps that reach millions of people to provide mental health care that can be inaccessible or inconvenient for many people? Watching the mental health of my family and friends declining into stagnation during the quarantine and unable to access mental health care myself without insurance coverage in my state, MindEase has really helped me to stay afloat. It is an ingenious tool that will greatly benefit so many.

Nice and straightforward, and evidence-based
I like how transparent and straightforward it is. Unlike some apps that over-promise, this one tells you what it's going to give you, and gives you it. 7-day free trial.

With my PhD in experimental clinical psychology, I can say that so far, the techniques seem to be good instructing of evidence-based techniques that have been shown to work in multiple experiments over the years.

I tried out the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy based exercise on "Defusion". Rated my anxiety before and after, and it did decrease in this session.

My only critique is I like the alternate visual theme better and would switch the default 🙂.

I was sad now I’m not
I used the app because I was sad for my great grandpa who broke his back, I used the app to calm me down, and I can’t stop smiling! Even I texted my teacher about this app it’s that good. (Yes it’s random I know my teacher’s number.) She said she would check it out. I think this app should be the app of the day and be the best app in the world.

Just What The Doctor Ordered!
I read about this in an online article and thought I’d give it a try and I’m glad I did! The exercises are fantastic and most of the time I can honestly see that I’m feeling better than I did prior to doing the exercise. And I like the variety of exercises that are taught. It keeps me interested and coming back for more!

Great way to ease tension
Clicked calm me and was told to think about a place where I would feel totally relaxed. Did this and it really helped. Thought of a place that does not exist but always liked it on tv when I was young.

Really helpful
Whenever I notice myself feeling anxious, I open up Mind Ease and do an activity to calm down. I don’t know what else to say, it just works. I feel like I’m better at coping with anxiety and my mindset has improved towards my anxiety as a whole. Thank you!
