Glitchy app since last update
App was working perfectly until last update. Last year I logged in my required 50 visits and got $200 back from Kaiser. Awesome!!! Unfortunately, after the last update, the app won’t open for me unless I uninstall app, reinstall, and relog in. Then it works once. The next time I try to use the app, I have to uninstall and reinstall all over again. It’s a pain in the neck and takes about 15 minutes to complete! Can the developer please address this issue? When it’s working good I would give the app 5 stars.

Great for a week
UPDATED REVIEW: The problem with logging in seems to be fixed (within a day). The app is super easy to use when it’s working. Hopefully this login fluke won’t be the norm.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: This app worked for about a week and all of a sudden today it had logged me out and it won’t connect to my Healthy Roads account. I thought it may be a problem with Healthy Roads, but it seems when you click on any of the partnered sites, it takes you to a blank or errored login page.
I only use this app as booster toward a quarterly active fitness incentive that involves a certain number of steps or check ins at a gym per quarter (should I not get the needed steps.) Seeing that I’ve only had this a week and am already having problems, (I’m not the only one according to the reviews) I have no problem deleting the app and not giving you my personal information for free anymore if it keeps acting up.

Assumes I am lying
UPDATE: I started to use this app again after fitness centers where I live reopened on June 1 following the COVID shutdown. I just received a letter in the mail stating that my workouts logged March 25 to present have been removed from the app with the assumption that my fitness center was/is closed. In short, despite this being location-based, the app administrators assume I am lying and took action based on that assumption. To reinstate, I have to get a signed note validating my workouts by July 1. This is ridiculous.
This app, since the start of the year, has been unreliable. At first, this was temporarily solved by deleting and reinstalling the app (kudos to other reviewers who posted this, and no thanks to the app developers themselves, who could at least post workarounds if they can’t get the coding right). Now it has logged me out and says there is no internet connection even though all of my other apps work just fine. Missed my workout credit today because of this.

Cannot login
I am new with this ASH app and the app was working for a few days. When I restarted my iPhone, I tried to login to my ASH app and the message that appears is: “no internet connection.” My home network has been working properly. I have other apps that are working but not my fitness app AHS. I also tried to find the website for Silver and Fit and the website does not appear properly nor can I login. Is there a problem with this app and the Silver and Fit website?
Thank you for your response. The response helped me understand and my app and the website seem to be working just fine. I did have our cable service investigate our home network but they did not find anything wrong with our service. Thank you for all the work the ASH staff do.

Horrible
If I had a choice, I would not use this app. But to get reimbursed for my fitness membership, I have to - so, I’m stuck.

ASHConnect not picking up data from my Heath App
My company uses Healthyraods as a wellness company who uses this app to collect steps as our only type of movement throughout the year, supposedly. Someone created a challenge, run/walk/hike 60 (collectively) miles in November in support of men’s health. I signed up but of course none of my data is being collected. ASHConnect shows I am synced, the Health App shows the categories are on, but nothing is being collected on my heatlthyroads website. So I’m getting the BS reply that ASHConnect doesn’t collect walk/run data for the Apple Watch via the health app (as in the one of the most used activity trackers out there) only step data. I find that hard to believe. I’m calling BS on them. Can you change my mind and my review of another year of this pain? Thank you!

Gym localization fails
The app worked perfectly for 11 months, then I updated my iPhone from iOS 13.2.3 to 13.3 and now the app cannot seem to localize any gym. On the Home map, we can clearly see my localization "blue dot" right on top of my 24hFitness Gym (it even says 24hFitness on the map!!) but still "No Fitness Centers Found". It's seems like no gym exist anymore even though their name are on the map.
I uninstalled and re-installed the app so many times, restarted my phone and also upgraded to iOS 13.3.1 but the issue remains. I need to use my partner's Samsung every time I go to the gym and and it works fine, but it's not convenient as he needs his phone too! Downgrading is not an option. Is there anything else to do?

Data Collecting
As new employee, I am glad that the company offers additional ways to get a discount on health insurance. However, this app is not good at pulling data from other resources. It is frustrating that you have to check constantly to see if your steps were counted especially using two different apps. Even the app itself has glitches when navigating in the app. Please do something to fix this issue to ensure your customers and employees are not losing out a financial needs. It is already rough in this economy, we don’t need additional money taken from our checks due to error with this app not recording data properly.

Bad update
App worked really well until last update now every time I use my app I need to uninstall and reinstall. Please address issue and fix app. New issue today it shows no wifi connection however tried it at the gym where there is free WiFi still no internet connection. Tried at home same issue. Very disappointed in the new update. Maybe the app designer can create a new update for app to make app actually work. I go to the gym 7 times a week and some days app records the transaction showing me going to they gym other days it doesn’t. I keep track so I can get my reimbursement from my insurance company but at this rate it’s becoming irritating that this app doesn’t work.

I originally gave this app 1 star. The developers have fixed the app. It now connects and syncs with Apple Health. The exercise categories and exercise choices are excellent. I particular like that the app has a bike vision exercise program that gives different biking venues across the United States and around the world i.e. Utah Arches, Big Trees, Italy and others. You can mirror these programs if you TV allows it for a great immersive experience while you work out.
