Long-awaited custom body measurements are now available. The biorhythms calculator automatically shows your physical, mental, and emotional phases. That might help find the best time for physical and other activities. We have also added some improvements to the app design and made the body height available in both, metric and imperial units.

Basal metabolic rate. Body Mass Index. Waist to Hips Ratio. Ponderal Index. All new calculations are based on your weight, height, age, and sex. Please make sure on the first run to allow the app access to them, otherwise, default values would be used.

So Far So Good
I'd love the option to track other measurements (neck, arms, legs), but for this app to provide the data-rich reports it already includes FOR FREE, I have to call it a strong option. Well done to the creators, and thanks so much for being mindful of those who are trying to live healthy while also on a budget.

Really nice job
Start using this app a while back, so far all good and works well. Practically everything is free, the only paid feature is adding over 3 custom measurements.
I would really love to have some trends added to the app, and would be great to see history of my monitors. For example, as I working out I would love to see how my BMI has changed.

Simply awesome
I use this app almost every day to keep track of my measurements. In settings I have disabled ones I do not care about and the app only shows what I am interested in. The app indeed free and has no ADs or purchases.

Decent app for general measurements
It gives a good sample of measurements and gives health ratios that correlate. However, I wish it had the option to add additional measurements. In areas like the chest and waist I like to do it around the smallest and the widest. Since that’s where I’m at wanting to lose the inches.

Unable to submit support request.
I tried to report that I have no option to edit age, sex, height and weight. There is data already in Settings but it is not mine. E-mails to Martspec bounce back.
