Best Interval TrIning App!
This is highly functional much like the boxing timer at the boxing gym I go to but better! Very easy to use, plays music while working in the BG, never had any issue, has premade templates as well as allows for customization. At $3.99 one time fee for the premium version it’s well worth the spend. I highly recommend this app if your serious about working out.

Probably the best, but still needs improvement.
This is definitely the most popular app, everyone I know at my gym uses it. However, it’s still pretty frustrating that it doesn’t work in the background. If my phone screen locks or I open another app during the rest period, the timer stops.
I recently paid for the pro version, hoping this flaw would be resolved. It wasn’t. The $4 was definitely worth it to get rid of advertisements though.

Needs more boxing/mma sounds
The paid version is solid and a good buy. You can create your own profiles for length of round, rest between rounds, end of round warning, etc. I am disappointed with the choices in sounds. There is a boxing bell, of course, but no double/triple tap for 10 seconds remaining. Most of the sounds are the same type of cheesy sounds you might choose as a txt alert, and not fight related sounds. I am happy that I bought the app but hope the dev adds some other sound options.

This is the best one. There’s one that’s just called “boxing timer” with the boxing gloves as the logo and its great but I don’t like the bell noise, I can change the bell noise on this one but I like the default best so that’s why I’d say this one wins. If ur a boxer looking to train at home, use this one, trust.

Could’ve been much better
The app is good. But what could’ve been a great app is just baseline decent. Paid version is very good. And I understand when you’re not using the paid version it’s not going to be as good. But I was in the 5th round in the middle of a workout and a ad resets my entire progress. I get promoting the paid version and I get the free one being not as good. But you could wait until after I’m done to spam me with ads instead of resetting 15 minutes of progress.

Please work on the background functionality. It works great while open but when I’m the background it seems to slow the timer and the sounds won’t work. I’d prefer to have my screen locked while using it and navigate my media apps during the breaks without delay

Low volume
Sounds are limited. It doesn’t automatically lower background music when the timer goes off like other other apps do. No way to increase the relative volume of the timer sounds either. Bell is real easy to miss, so I have to constantly keep an eye on the color of the screen. Regret paying for pro app. Going back to my ancient timer that was originally made for the phone.

Works great just one flaw
The timer works great, I have timers set up for everything from jumping rope, hitting the bag, even for weight lifting. My problem is that the app doesn’t work in the background at all. During the rest time if you respond to a text or lock your phone the timer completely stops. If they fixed that this app would be perfect.

Good timer, one problem
I use this timer primarily for tempo runs. I want to lock the phone while I run but the timer stops when the phone is locked. So I have to run around with the screen on. I have the paid version. The Conact Us tab in the settings menu doesnt work.

Awesome but a few Recommendations
Awesome app and very affordable! I have multiple settings saved and this thing is fun alone and with friends sparring too. It needs the wood blocks clacking 3 times sound effect as a warning for the round almost ending and when I have it setup to do just 1 round, the bell doesn’t ring at the end it just says round complete.
