Not bad, long way to go though
The clarity of my cameras are great and I love that my cameras pan, tilt and zoom. The app needs work though. I don’t like how only one user can be logged in to the cameras at a time. I also would like the app to allow for ringtone customization so I know when I hear that tone that it’s the cameras. Also don’t like how you have to purchase cloud storage for each individual camera and you can’t look at anything in the SD card over a day old. If the developers could fix these issues, it would be five stars all day.

Literally the worst
I posted a review on here and y’all responded to the comment but y’all ignore the emails like always. Once again I paid for 24/7 video history for 365 days!!! The 247 history only worked for 30 days!!!!! I paid $60!! Specifically for the 24/7 history!!! I want my money back if I am not going to get what I paid for!!! I will leave a review every single day on this app until I get my money back or my 24/7 history back working. This is ridiculous and sad. They don’t care about the customers they just rip people off with these subscriptions thinking no one will say anything and it’s okay but it’s not!!!! If you can’t speak English, translate it! You responded to my other review saying contact you at another email that’s different from your app and when I did I still didn’t get a response! I sent 2 emails!!!!!!! I need to talk to somebody!

Camera clarity is great - video short
Camera works great, very clear. The videos are so short, about four seconds, that the camera picks up somebody walking up to our walkway, but the video stops before they actually get to the door. If we were to need to use these videos for any purpose, they wouldn’t be of use because you can’t recognize the person because they’re still too far away by the time the video stops recording.

Proporsal for application improve
Hello, new application is better than old, proporsal is to allow multi view in same time on one account. You can allow up to 4-5 users from different accounts can view cameras in same time. Now when someone login to account other disconnect. Can't be more than one person in account.

Good, but sometimes crash
When you get person alert notification and go to check, the app will sometime crash after few seconds and you will need to reopen. I’m using iPhone XR. Thanks and hope it will be fixed.

No area detection in this update
Wanted for so long to have this feature but it is not available in this last update even though it is listed

I took down two of these cameras and am unable to uninstall the data and everything connected to it, from the App Library, from my phone completely. Clicking on the icon on the Home Screen advises that it will still be in the App Library. Please advise

App not letting the camera connect
I kept going through all the steps, yet it either say it can’t connect are it won’t pick up the Wi-Fi. I did all of this after buying 2.4g router. And even tried the older regular CareCam app and the farthest I gotten was to making it say “ok” then nothing! “I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬

Is there a way I can delete the recorded events? I cant seem to do so and I haven't purchased cloud so Im not sure where this is being uploaded?
