I do not find this app to be as bad as others have said. Of course, everyone has a different experience and mine is not so bad. However, and my only gripe, and it is significant... motion detection is not a viable option. I change sensitivity and I still get alerts for absolutely nothing. But when I walk under the camera and in full view, I get no alert. I push up sensitivity to max and literal alert every minute. My camera is in a location where it is only able to see the front door so cars and walkers will never be in view. Even with this optimal location, alerts for motion detection is a disaster. This is a critical reason to own the camera... getting alerts to people messing around at the front door. Please work your motion detection logarithm to make this viable or i will have to take this back and seek a better alternative.

This worked well for me at first. Easy sign on clear picture. Slight delay in sound and picture but only a couple seconds. I had it for over a year. When I changed my wifi password it stopped working. I’ve tried reinstalling or trying to login in from different devices or creating a new account with a different email. It just so happens around the time this stopped working for Me my email and social was compromised on the dark web and I know this through credit monitoring. I do think this app had something to do with it. Of course I’ve unplugged my cameras but now I can’t even use them due to not being able to login if I wanted to

This app works really well on my iPhone SE. I can completely control my cameras and get reliable motion alerts pushed directly to my iPhone. One thing that absolutely amazed me is the motion tracking feature where the camera pans and tilts to follow a moving object automatically. That would really freak out an intruder especially if you had the motion alert tone on. It’s a little jerky but it definitely follows a person entering the field of view. It also manages my onboard camera video and photo storage really well. I just popped in a cheap Samsung 64 GB SD card and everything was taken care of. No formatting or card configuration was needed at all Congratulations to the people who developed this app. It’s really great.

Camera works surprisingly clearer than I thought it would be. The zoom on it is great. App needs serious work. With updates has potential.
Can't fast forward thru the day or scroll thru the day so you must rely on alerts to see if there is any movement. And then based on the time of the alert you must go back and view the video. Figuring out how to align the time stamp of the alerts with the video was annoying. Video plays only in real time and no fast forwarding. So must skip ahead and risk not seeing something important.

The alerts even on lowest sensitivity is picking up any movement so for one day I end up with over 70 alerts. Defeats the purpose of security if I'm checking the camera every 5 minutes and constantly getting alerts on my iwatch and iPhone. Had to turn off the notifications completely.

The camera itself is awesome and for that Reason alone I give a 3 star. The app on the other hand is horrible and needs a lot of work. The video lags behind from time to time. The sound from my baby nursery doesn’t work most time. So when she’s crying I can only tell by looking. And I hate that the app has some kind of time-out attached to it. When it hasn’t been touch for a period of time it automatically shuts down. The app needs a lot of work. It’s frustrating. For a lovely camera it needs a better app.

The app works great! It’s not super but it still does what I need it to for the price. Here are the cons: I have an iPhone so I have no problem but my husband have a Samsung and it doesn’t work for him. Of course you won’t be able to rewind if you didn’t record it, and the sensitivity don’t work for me either like the other reviewers.
Pro: I love how I can hear pretty clearly and talk back. Recording is easy and so is WiFi connections. The lightbulb function as a real lightbulb too so at night the light will turn on by itself as it gets dark. There are so many other functions like zooming in and out.

The manual seems to be written for a different app. I can’t get to Motion Sensitivity in the app. I cannot find option for selecting the times of day that I want Motion Detection turned on. Very clear in manual. It just doesn’t exist in the app. No customer support at all. BTW, sd card must be inserted upside down with respect to lettering. Also, do not have the card inserted when you are trying to connect to a new WiFi. Connect and then insert card. You must enter the correct GMT into app to get the correct time tags. I have no idea what I’m playing back when I view an alert. Instructions for adjusting microphone, camera and intercom volumes is as confusing as possible. As is, understanding whether infra Red vision is working.

The camera was good, clearly at night. All function works. The only thing is the app not view split in live of the camera, and it has to touch the camera online bar. If we have two or more camera, it should touch one by one of the camera online bar. Maybe for the app update have to show the split camera view without select if camera online bar, mean we notice when open the app is the camera online in direct split view automatically.

Been using this for several years. It has improved for sure. Early on every click caused a pop up trying to sell cloud storage. That has been fixed now, thank you. If I need cloud it is easy to figure out how to order. I would like to see some new features though. 1) Ability to delete events. 2) ability to show multiple cameras at once. 3) fast forward on playback of alerts would be helpful.

The camera quality is good
But unfortunately it detects every single motion except when it’s necessary. I keep on getting notifications about the cars passing by when you can barely see them but when I need it the most which was when people swept their trash in front of my door it was cut off. I’m trying to find a way to contact the creator to see if I can update my subscription to continuous instead of just motion but I can’t find their information anywhere
