I’ve never been one to be excited about brushing my teeth but thanks to this app and toothbrush, I actually look forward to brushing my teeth, and on top off all the help and activity’s they actually have a reward system for replacement heads and a free E1 toothbrush. If my parents had given me this much incentive to brush my teeth..... well let’s not go there. Anyways this app and toothbrush definitely deserves a much better rating, like ten stars not just five. I would also like to thank everyone for all the work that went into making this app and smart brush happen. Thank you!!!!!!

Fun and Informative
Great app and great idea. Would love to know a little more of the detail when brushing, but cool technology. Brush occasionally loses connection, but I’m learning how to help it. Only criticism with the app is that it doesn’t refresh from one portion to the next very easily and you can’t do a “pull down to refresh” (ex. I completed a badge and got the notification on one page, but when I went to my award summary page, it still had the previous level/how many more points I needed before I completed the activity) quitting and restarting didn’t help either. It updated by the next day, but this has happened multiple times and is annoying. I wanna work up my points for that new toothbrush for my husband!! Haha

This app has made a life changer I get cavities REALLY EASY and my dad showed me this and I had to try it so my dad had already had the toothbrush and he got me one and I got the app and last time I went to the dentist I didn’t have a single cavity. This app finds the spots in ur teeth were you are supposed to be brushing but idk abt you guys but I didn’t even think to brush on the inside of my teeth but the app showed me what I was doing wrong and the perfect angles and speed!!! The app is just amazing I DEFINITELY recommend it💯💯💯

Needs a new mode for people who don’t have Colgate connect brush
I’m needing a way to play the games but don’t have the brush for the app and want a new mode for people who don’t have the brush like if they can’t afford it or the kid with the Colgate toothbrush’s parents won’t let them have the toothbrush or it’d too far away for them to get to the store and buy it. There should be a mode called non electric toothbrush that would instead detect the toothbrush and it’s movements to allow them to play the brushing minigame as they brush their teeth nice and clean! No hate added! Keep it up Colgate I like your products

Not better than sonicare
I brought this thinking it would be better than the sonicare. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case. When I first started using it, I thought it worked great. After using it for some time, I realized even though I wasn’t being notified while brushing, my angle and my speed were scored really low. I called the Colgate Hum support to get some advice on what I should do to improve the situation. Even though the rep I spoke to was really nice, he told me I would be getting an email with a reply advising what I could do to fix the situation. That was several weeks ago and I still have no reply. I really wanted to like this toothbrush. However, it leaves much to be desired. 😕

Love brushing my teeth
I have adhd and have always struggled with brushing my teeth good and the right amount. I have never had a cavity but always get feedback from my dentist that I need to brush better in order to get plaque off my teeth and to keep better care of my gums. This app changed that and my dentist told me that I am doing an amazing job. I would recommend h to us app to anyone and the kids app to all the kids. The only reason I wouldn’t give 5 stars is the lack of activities that are in the app. Other than that I love it

I’ve been using this app connected to my hum tooth brush. It helps guide and show you what areas you need more coverage to brush. It knows which area you’re brushing and also tells you to tilt your brush to get in the exact spot you need for whatever area you’re brushing. But the neat thing about this app is that every time you brush you collect Colgate points to spend on Colgate is super dope in my book. LOVE THIS APP!!!

The games are cool. They get my daughter into it. I wish they were a bit longer though. They seem to cut off a little before 2 minutes.
The detection or my angle need to improve. The report says I missed a spot but I on purposely hit that spot twice during my 4 minute brush but it still said I missed it
I’m happy and although they cost $99 I don’t regret it. I just hope they update the app regularly

No credit for offline brushing Fixed!
The new app update doesn’t give credit for offline brushing and doesn’t seem to be tracking brush usage. Very disappointed with this change.

Watch app
I got this app to use with my Apple Watch. It is a great timer. The app breaks your teeth up into 6 sectors and has you brush each section for 20 seconds with a chime and shake in between each. This great,BUT I would like to request you also add a chime and a shake after the final section, this way I don’t have to look at my watch to know that I am done. Thanks for a great app, and I am looking forward to a greater one.
