One small issue for a otherwise AMAZING game
I play both the original version and this version of this game, and I LOVE both of them. My one issue is that it would more interesting if you could interact more with the other characters and face a lot more of the natural dangers actual homicide detectives face. (I'm a huge fan of NCIS and all sorts of cop shows, along with wanting to be a future forensic scientist) and I would appreciate it if you added more of those things that simulate your in a actual crime fighting scene. I don't mind the long waits for autopsies and forensic evidence, as those actually represent how long it takes for real crime fighters to get answers. The additional investigation is also actually very representative of what actual law enforcement do after solving these sorts of crimes. Again, I adore the game completely and willingly put up with the long waits. All I ask for is more of the heart racing excitment actual homicide detectives face, and working with law enforcement is like working with a giant family, and I really miss that sort of family feeling I get when around law enforcement. That's all I ask for, and I don't think it's all that much to ask for. Just the options to interact with your fellow law enforcement family and see about more danger, thanks!

Fun but ...
Game is really fun what would make the game more enjoyable is if they took away the additional investigation part it takes almost all of your energy just to complete one star !!! And the Lab results take too long your waiting hours before you can move on in the game . You should be able to get a pet not complete every scene to buy a pet . You should be able to save your energy it’s not fair when you have a full bar of energy and you level up and you don’t get to use that extra energy and you should be able to carry over stars to the next investigation except you half to go back and use them for energy or coins . If they would fix that in the game I would give them five stars ⭐️ thought about quitting the game because of the additional investigation part & not being able to store energy that you don’t use when you level up !! Other than that this game is awesome !!!

I used to like the Criminal Case brand.
You used to get daily bonuses of food. You used to be able to play the entire game through the ORIGINAL CRIMINAL CASE game with all your points, and animals, and cash intact; now it doesn’t carry over to all the other broken up iterations of the game. You have to start each new section, like this, from the bottom and work your way all the way to the top, earn all your pets, and points and cash on these games all over again. I AM NEVER PAYING ANY OF MY OWN MONEY FOR THESE GAMES AGAIN!! Ads, ads, ads - the latest development. You cannot get through one scene without having an ad. TALK ABOUT BREAKING YOUR MOMENTUM!! I understand ads if you want extras of daily bonus deals or extra cash, but JUST TO PLAY A SCENE ALL THE WAY THROUGH, without AT LEAST 5-10 seconds of ads in between each turn. This is ridiculous. And there is NO WAY TO GET IT TO STOP. I’ve been playing this game for recently as part of my previous enjoyment of the Criminal Case games, BUT I AM ALMOST AT MY BREAKING POINT. I don’t think I’ll be playing any longer. Good thing about the ads: showed me OTHER GAMES THAN CRIMINAL CASE TO PLAY WITHOUT ANNOYING POP-UP ADS EVERY TURN.

Review
Every time I get a 30 second commercial like from property brothers I get an “x” to accept bonus points or time but it freezes … I’m sick of reinstalling this game again… I had same problem last year with the same game… I’ve deleted and reinstalled criminal case pacific bay several times due to 30 second reward videos not giving rewards and freeze when I clicked reward granted I don’t like reinstalling my games that I like to play but this is getting frustrating. So I uninstalled criminal case pacific bay yet again and reinstall but this time didn’t connect it to Facebook and still have bonus rewards issues… guess I’m finally done with criminal case…I’m sick of this game doing this I waste more time reinstalling than playing and starting over…. Now it’s not connected to Facebook for some reasons but according to the Facebook page it is aware of the issue and when the problem is resolved it will be restored and reinstalled to Facebook. In the meantime I started from scratch.

Great game, but a few major flaws
I’ve loved Criminal Case for years, and after awhile I decided to pick it up again only to be disappointed by the buggy app. Whenever an ad plays it disrupts my in game music and then suddenly the game audio completely turns off? Not to mention the amount of ads is extremely excessive, at this point I would pay to get rid of them. As for flaws within the game itself, having to wait 10 or 12 hours for evidence is a major problem. I love this game and I want to finish cases quickly, but this long wait time makes me less inclined too. Long waiting times just make people more impatient and more likely to forget about the game in general, so bad move on that part. I think the max amount of hours should be 8, though that’s still pushing it, but at least you’ll be able to finish within a day.

Graphics went way downhill
When I first got this game a while ago, the character art was super nice, detailed, and it matched the rest of the game. The scenes are still just as detailed and nice, but the characters all of a sudden became downgraded to flat digital drawings that look like they’re out of a coloring book. The characters look so out of place in the scenes now that it’s really weird.
As for the gameplay, it’s kind of annoying. You use up energy to get stars to complete tasks, but it takes forever to get more than one star on a scene. It just becomes very tedious and grindy, even on the second case. It’s ridiculous. The first one is with kid gloves, the second case immediately makes it annoyingly impossible to get anything done without waiting several hours for your energy to recharge.
I only gave it two stars because it used to be a beautiful game, but now it’s just sacrificed too much of the graphics for it to be enjoyable for me anymore.

First off, this remains an interesting game, with decent stories. Some of the names of the objects lose something in what I assume is a translation, and the ever-popular "energy" system is always frustrating.
The most recent update of the base program (as it affects all of the Criminal Case games) has brought frustration and disappointment. The "daily reward" feature was frustrating when it would make you respond within a few hours of the last time you used it or it would reset. Now it's hardly even useful. I'm sorry, but burgers and meals are no replacement for guaranteed extra energy.
The more frustrating thing, though, is the timing of the ads. They will pop up at any moment, it seems, from the time you return to one of the main screens. Yes, I'm sure it's a timer, but it will interrupt an action without warning. Even worse, if the game or device is muted, the ads are not, which isn't pleasant when your spouse is sleeping. The ads tend to be for the same games (I'm looking at you, Toon Blast!), making me LESS likely to want to play those advertised games.
The most recent update made things worse, with ads that freeze the screen. As others have stated, the publisher doesn't really want you to contact them, as all you get in response is an email that makes you feel like an idiot because you didn't read what was on the support site, and that you wouldn't get any further reply. Character and inventory
I believe you should be able to carry your character and inventory with you through the other three parts of game. After all you worked through the scenes to earn all of it so it should go with you to the other parts of game. I started out on original game and play all four....sad that I cannot use my character for them.
I think when moving on to Pacific Bay etc; you should be given the option of building on your already created character or making a completely different one . Would be much fun to add the different things from other parts of criminal case together. That way you are building upon one character if you choose.
This is why only three stars, because I really enjoy All of the games and play daily. App should be made capable to blend together.

Can we restore? New phone and POOF!
My phone was getting old, and I was having problems with it. I’d had it a long time so I decided to update to a new one. I had been playing all of the Criminal Case games. I tried a few others, but they don’t have the graphics and they’re just not as good! In Pacific Bay, I like the characters, but I can only stand so many drinking references (“Frank”). It’s redundant and annoying. The language can get beyond what I want to read. And when they go to the Bayou, it gets worse. The voodoo part really was the worst. I downloaded the 3 games on my new phone, but there wasn’t anything about it that seemed to identify me...I did not play on Facebook because I don’t use it (hate it) and so I didn’t know how it would go. I did have a name on there. Maybe a password? But it didn’t ask me anything. Just started OVER from the beginning!!! Ugh! Please let there be a way to restore the game! I have actually spent real money on it. I hope someone reads this and actually cares.

Disappointed and annoyed!!!
First issue, I thought I liked the game at first, you would offer free gifts if I watch an advertising video. It worked and I was excited. Before I finished the first case it stopped working. I would watch your video and now it goes to a second page after it is done only to make me sit for over 5 minutes and you never pop up claim your gift. It just sits there on a picture and never moves. I have to close the app minimum 2 times and I never get the gifts. It is false advertisements. Now you expect me to pay for everything. To play this app you have to have deep pockets. I would not recommend this game to anyone!!!!!
Second issue, in the first case you have a gay couple but for me to have an African American advitar I have to wait (only ones available when you first start are white people) until I unlock it and then I have to pay. You are LGBT but you are racist against other ethnicities. Seriously?!?
