One of the best games I’ve played.
This game and the others that are linked to it are some of my favorite games ever. Out of all the games I play(and I play a lot) this is my 2nd favorite so that is saying a lot.
It has a little of something for everyone. Whether it be hidden objects, the super natural, mysteries, solving crimes, while also following along with a story involving all the characters throughout the whole game m, if you like games with different things involved in one game then this game is for you. It keeps you coming back for more.
I absolutely love this game and spend a lot of money on it but I do wish I could get some more spins a little easier so I wouldn’t have to spend so much Or at least win at least one of the contests. I’ve been a “page top fan” forever so it would be nice. I also follow on all the other social media sites.
Customer support is usually very fairy and quick to help with any concerns. Keep up the good work.

Crime scene games
Of the crime scene games I’ve played so far this the best one so far. And I live in the Seattle metropolitan area so it’s great. This game really holds your attention. Please make more great games like this one that holds your attention. But I do have to say the crime scene game that goes back into the past, the 1800’s I believe, is more like a comedy than a investigation. But this vampire investigation game is just fantastic. Thank you very much,Ken. P.S. concerning moving on to the next case we shouldn’t need 3 reports from friends, the person playing the game only needs to write a report. I know that’s a way of getting more exposure of the games, but some people like to play the games in private on their own, I think you should consider that. Thank you.

Supernatural is the best one yet.. need more
The Supernatural games is your best one by far! You need to create more like this one and add more levels to the current one.
It takes too long to analyze, etc. and would be nice to eliminate the extreme time you have to wait. 15 min tops would be nice and also be able to go on to a new case without waiting 24 hours. I am almost thru all your current games.. except Time Travel (do not care for that one) — PLEASE create more games soon! Most other games have unlimited play for 30 min, 1 hour, 3 hours or 24 hours. Would be great if you added something like this.

For CW's Supernatural Fans
If you're like me and you're a big fan of the TV show "Supernatural" and you already liked the original game "Criminal Case", this game is literally a culmination of the two. In one of the cases, I caught a glimpse of the Devil's Trap from the show, so that's my confirmation that this version of the game is pretty much based on the show, since it's about a group of investigators who travel around in a trailer and go wherever their cases take them, posing as FBI agents and reporters when interviewing civilians. Sound like our Winchester boys to you? Once I completely finish this game, I will replay it over and over to feed my Supernatural addiction.

Like you to continue it from this one., this reminds me of the VERY FIRST GAME.l. Please please work on a new one also by spring...., keep us loving crimal case,,, Pretty simple is the best,,,,, there are other crime games, but I rather stick with this, and if you want us all loyal and true to pretty simple,, you’d start planning for a spring one for us 😀. Hurry up and wait.
I call these games the "hurry up and wait games." I literally have all the stars of all the levels but because it takes 8 to 12 hours for the game to analyze the evidence, I end up literally waiting with nothing to do. My thoughts? Lower the time it takes to assess the evidence. I'm not going to pay to hurry it along, no way. The longer I have to wait for the game to analyze the evidence the quicker I forget the game and the more likely I am to uninstall it because I get bored with it. Please fix this. I know all apps want money, I get that, I just don't see myself ever paying to hasten the analysis of the evidence and because I have the stars of every level in the case, I have nothing left to do. I feel this is a bad way to gain popularity for your game. 💙

Played em all
Now what is going on with your apps and app support. Many of us cannot get juice coins chips and those shareable things from each other on iPads or phones. Just seem ok with laptops. I have done everything suggested. Shut off Facebook, erase games and download again. Still get messages that friends may not be sharing, but we all checked that we were. I would normally give a 5 star to all the games I have played( didn’t like time travel myself) but this is truly aggravating! Why play on Facebook with friends if we can’t share with them. See if you can do something. Hoping to download newest Paris game in hopes it doesn’t have burps and blunders.

I’m done
I have played many of the criminal cases and have loved them. All of a sudden it’s taking a lot longer to play. I used to play for hours a day and watched thousands of ads to get extra energy and $$. I just finished Travel in Time and it took months longer than all the others I’ve played, and it looks like this will be the same. I have no problem watching the ads because I know you make money for the ads we watch. The wheel was a fun way to make extra energy and $$, too. Now all of a sudden the only way to make extra energy and $$ is to pay for them, which means I’m playing minutes a day instead of hours. I’ve found other games to play and have no problem watching ads for them.

Game Resets Energy
I am very upset I reach level eight today and after everything my energy was reset back down to 110 after all that hard work as soon as I got the The orange juice the energy I really had collected I was saving to play on my future games was gone as soon as I posted it on Facebook I looked it up Emma energy said I only had 110, I don’t know if this is an air with the program the app or how this could happen but it needs to be corrected for future gaming I don’t know if I should continue playing if I’m going to get energy and then if I continue to advance to the next level and then I’m going to lose my energy again and reset back to 110? Please fix this issue I would like to continue playing the game but I don’t wanna keep losing my energy thank you...

Great!!
I really love it, my only critique would be that the time based pieces take way too long, especially for the first case. I already have five stars on all of the scenes and there is still over 11 hours left on the time based evidence. Longer times for later cases makes more sense because then you can go back and work on stars for the old ones but for the first one, I am now stuck with nothing to do but wait.
