The app is a great tool to interface to the online directory but has an issue in landscape mode on iPhone and iPad where the logon entry fields are hidden.
Using in Portrait is a circumvention for this
The add photo is not ideal as it ONLY supports a live picture and does not allow using a photo from the photo library. This should be fixed please.

Ptolemy report
After the latest iOS update 14.2 the app loads then Goes to the background. I see this on both my XR and my big iPad. The web site version runs in safari with no problem. Good luck!

Church directory
My church directory is using this app. It’s awesome. If you have trouble remembering everyone in your church, it’s a great tool. Also you can have phone numbers and addresses for writing cards etc.

App won’t open
I got this app about 3 days ago and it worked great about twice, after that it will not open. It just shows a blue screen. I was able to see my church directory on a bookmark on DuuckDuckgo, but it forces me to log in even after I click on “ remember me” button. This is on my iPhone 11.

After using awhile it will go to a white screen when logging on. Have to close and reopen a few times to get it working again.

Hasn’t worked for weeks
It was a great app. But it hasn’t worked for weeks. It doesn’t open at all. And it’s not just my phone. Not sure what happened but it needs to be fixed ASAP.

Great Directory App!
I love this mobile app! It's easy to use, allows me to update my personal profile information & picture, and add additional information about myself! It also helps me find and connect with members of my church with one touch calling, texting and mapping! So many great features!

Seems to have issues
Frequently, it is hesitant to open members information or just simply fails to do so. A few times, I have really needed to get someone's phone number that I know is in the directory, but for whatever reason, I cannot get it to open. Used to think this was the greatest app. Now just disappointed.
