We provide 6 different cycling plans to choose from – Newbie, Beginner, Fitness, Intermediate, Advanced, and Pro. Each program has 3 difficulty levels. You will begin as a Newbie and finish up as a Pro, after going through 18 different cycling levels. Of course, you can change the levels if the existing plan is too easy or too hard.

As you ride, you go through thousands of repetitive motions, so it's important to ensure that your muscles and tendons can take this type of intense training. 5–10 minutes of stretching before and after a workout are essential for cyclists.

Not very dynamic
While the content seems okay, this is not a very dynamic app. Content is very flat. No real videos or dynamic instruction. No community either. It also 1) won’t let me reset my starting wait and goal (what?) and has me weighing over 300 pounds; 2) while I’m good with the subscription starting at time of purchase, I want to choose when I start the program and it’s not letting me do that either; 3) the meal plan did not change when I chose something different. It also should account for fasting scheduled

Not so bueno
In the beginning I was super happy with the app. Minor glitches but workable. I was able to manually input my data, miles, kcal, go back to the days I missed etc. I was recommended to delete and download again, which I did. Now I’m more unhappy with it, the app it’s set up for you to cycle outside, you are forced to let the app track your movements and location, it doesn’t let you go back to see and do the workouts you missed and also it doesn’t let you to manually input your info as mentioned before.

With all the mentioned above You won’t be able to see your real progress in numbers. Anyhow, if they could fix all those issues, I may stay, but as right now IM OUT!!!

Crashes too often
I really want to like the app. The training and meal plans seem well thought out. However.. for the third time in a row the app crashes or freezes mid ride. I no longer have confidence to use this app on longer rides since I will likely lose the data.

Love it!
This app is great for anyone who is trying to have a healthier lifestyle and needs help with training for cycling! It gives you meal plans, along with training tips and medical tips that are very important to know. I recommend it 100% to anyone looking to start cycling and wanting to change their diet to a healthier one!

Stay away if you don’t completely understand product
This product is about recipes mainly and the activity (in my case biking) didn’t work with my iPhone (latest). You won’t get a refund even after 1 hour of reviewing and instead you get a “sorry pal you bought it” email from customer service. I’ve had several email conversations with customer service to try and resolve and they’ll try to suggest to the readers here that I am a bogus review.

Very Scammy, Don’t Trust
The product sound good but in reality it lacks substance. The meal plans are basically grain bowls twice a day with variations in “add-ins” or “toppers”.

The training plans are also simply a few warm-ups and cool down exercises with a description like “easy ride” with a target heart rate range.

Finally even if you cancel immediately. I signed up and saw it was a joke, emailed to cancel and request a refund on less than 4- hours ( it took a couple hours for the plan to be available). Their are refusing to refund my money.

Clearly they know this product is inferior so they do not provide samples or trial. Once you have signup you can cancel anytime but no refund!

Subscribe to something else, anything else. TrainerRoad is a much better product with real training.

Very Useful App
Cycling Diet is most useful app for losing weight with personalized plan. It has a great plan to improve performance and tracking of progress. There are many useful tips to keep the body fit. This apps performs fast and the interface is well design.

For someone with ADHD, I need clear organization. There’s a place to log your calories and an easy-to-view calendar that helps you hit your cycling goals. I love the combination of fitness and diet tracking in this app.
