I have had several yoga apps - I am middle aged woman with a sedentary job. I was having chronic back pain and mobility was severely declining due to nerve pain. I am unable to take pain meds and reluctantly tried yoga again. This App showed up in my search, before writing review I have been using it for about 6 months. Slow progression sections are perfect for growing abilities and building habits.

I am now on advanced. It’s very challenging but my mobility has me feeling 10 years younger.

There has been several app updates but my progress was not affected (other apps erased my progress- it was so frustrating) adding new sections keeps things fresh.

Helpful articles and tips found at bottom of page. I haven’t tried the specific body focus programs yet. Just getting my mobility back has been incredible. This app is well laid out and has options for many levels of ability. When you have become better able to move from one pose to another you can reduce the rest time. There is also a section now to follow progress and graph weight.

Overall I am very pleased with this app and the continued updates. Will definitely keep subscription.

Love it!
I normally don’t take the time to write reviews but I felt it was necessary here. I wanted to start yoga just for daily stretching but every app I tried had hidden fees and I could never get to the actual workout without a subscription. This app is legit! It was free with amazing workout plans. I love the sunrise and sunset stretches. Just what I was looking for. But it has so much more than that! It has helped me relax and develop a new love for yoga! Thank you so much for this great app!!

I have been using this program for about a month. I like that it’s easy to choose the right difficulty for how I feel when I do it. It’s easier to follow than others I have tried with a variable rest period to get ready for the next pose. The only change I would make is to give the suggestions prior to the pose begins.I have recommended this app to my friends.

Does not offer alternative exercises or modifications for injuries
There are many things I really enjoy about this app. However, it does not accommodate for injuries.

I have two frozen shoulders from which I’m recovering and I can’t do the majority of these yoga exercises that require my arms to be fully straighten up. There are no modifications offered for such a situation.

It would be nice if this had some sort of questionnaire prior to beginning a work out that asked questions about injuries and such. Then form a workout based around those injuries and offer modifications.

Love it more before the latest update
Would love to give this five stars! 😩 This is a great app that has really helped me improve my back problems… My only complaint is that ads that have been added. I understand that this is a free app and that is to be expected usually, but the fact that it didn’t have ads before and now all of a sudden it does is quite annoying. I would pay for this app to have to have it without the ads!!!

Actually free app!
I was excited to find an app that was actually free. Not only that, but this knot in my neck I’ve had for two years is shrinking thanks to these exercises! As an FYI- anyone looking for a tailored routine designed to fit your personal needs, this is not that app. If you are looking for a way to add a basic 10-15 minute daily routine just to get moving then this is for you.

the perfect app. This app keeps me entertained and I feel stretched and relaxed after. ☺️The only thing that is wrong is how it cost money so i just do the free exercises but I wish all exercises were free. Great app for beginners
I’m usually not one to download and actually end up enjoying doing them everyday. But this one. Omg. After I get done with my daily lesson I just feel like I’m ready for the day. It’s so relaxing and not to difficult on your body if you aren’t flexible. 10/10 recommend

So happy
At 69 yrs old I was so happy to find a free yoga app.. The 30 day challenge is a great start. I also did an abdominal workout and although I couldn't complete each exercise, I'm feeling it today. Also I started the yoga every other day but soon realized I can do this daily. Today is a rest day and my muscles are grateful.

I am a true beginner to yoga, and a plus size woman and this app has been great! It starts simple and explains each pose when you need it to. The instructor also tells you how to accommodate certain poses to easier for you at the start! Highly recommend for those new to yoga!
