Great for Mountain Bikers
Late last year, I tried to start incorporating strength training along side of my mountain biking. I struggled to find the balance between the two, often maybe going too hard in the gym causing me to not be able to ride the next day (or vice versa). Dialed Health has excellent programs that are steering me in the right direction! They have a training program for just about any riding situation I could see myself being in. I’m just getting started with their programming, but Derek and his team have already impressed with the content provided. I personally go to the gym, but there is a lot of great programming if you want to work out from home! Pricing is a little on the high end in my opinion, but ultimately worth it.
As far as the app itself, it’s very clean and easy to use. I’ve used it to keep track of my workouts and had no issues. I wish you didn’t have to go on the website to edit the schedule, but that is a small gripe. Overall, highly recommend!

Changed how I do endurance strength
I came across Derek from an Interview I heard on a podcast. I had plenty of experience weight training but did not know how to strike the balance for weights and bike work. I had been a swimmer many years ago in college, but most of my fitness has gotten away from me over the past 15 years, so as a 40 yr old I’m trying to build a sustainable well rounded training plan. I was beating myself up in the wrong ways in the weight room and not getting the best out of my bike workouts. Now I feel like I’m getting the best out of both. I went through the Olympic lift program during the winter and it built such a great base of strength and even helped with some imbalances and injuries. On top of it all Derek has been super responsive to any questions I have. He always get back to me within 24-48 hrs and is really comprehensive with his responsive. I love being part of the Dialed Fam!

Fantastic Strength Program for Performance on and off the Bike
I forget where I first came across Dialed Health, but your program really changed the way I do my strength training for the better. Since I started doing your workouts I’ve felt so much more stable, comfortable, and powerful on the bike. I see these benefits off the bike as well. I have the power and stability while trail running to take race lines that other runners would not think to take. My new strength has made my body more durable for the work I do for my job. As if all that wasn’t enough, two years ago I really thought mountain biking was over for me: I had really bad over-use injuries in both wrists from my job and there seemingly wasn’t anything I could do for them. Strengthening my shoulders and learning proper technique not only got rid of my wrist pain, It has allowed me to get back on my bike and ride the way I want to.

Really gets results
A year ago I started “dialed health” online to lose weight and improve my mountain biking after listening to Derek talk on Sonya looney’s podcast. For me, the program ress as lot works. It’s not a shortcut “get fit fast” program. You have to do the prescribed 2x a week weight sessions, and ride your bike.
Dialed health has lowered my bp, cut 5% body fat, helped my back issues, made me stronger than I was at 23 (43 now)and increased my energy big time. Derek has helped me make cycling and strength a productive way of life at middle age.

The BEST Strength Program for Cyclists
Dialed Health has been essential for my well being and improvement on the bike. I have high demands from my body, and these programs keep me durable, flexible, and strong. The website has always been the primary platform for the programs, and while the app released with some bugs, it's always getting better and better. The programs are easy to follow and make a clear difference in my on the bike performance.

Great App Makes Great Service Accessible
This app is great - it allows you to quickly access all the fantastic dialed health content. It’s clean and easy to use. It lets you do everything from browse programs and workouts and get info on nutrition. There are a lot of great workouts - I’ll be looking forward to some of the mobility / full body stretching after this weekend’s ride.

Look No Further
If you want to improve your overall quality enjoyment of riding a bicycle then look no further. Honestly, spending 250 dollars on a carbon handlebar is cool and all but spending 250 dollars on the Dialed Health training will go a lot further. Such a rad down to earth guy who personally engages with you and can seriously shred on a bike. Been training with Dialed Health for 4 years and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon.

DH bulletproofed my shoulders!
For years after one dislocated left shoulder and one right shoulder subluxation, I’ve struggled to get back to full shoulder strength and mobility. But that finally changed when I started doing Derek’s training plans. These movements are not only strengthening, but also corrective! Amazing app, all the Dialed Health tool right in my pocket. Open up a nice warm up at the trail head, check. Traveling? Bring some bands or if you don’t have gear body weight workouts, check. No time to get to the gym today? Plenty of workouts to stay consistent. Full blown gym routines and amazing videos at the ready! The videos are huge and Derek is an amazing coach that walks you through the movements!

Straight to the point and effective
Derek’s knowledge of training, and specifically functional strength and mobility, made a huge impact on my life after struggling with chronic pain after an injury for two years. Multiple massage therapists, PTs, and Chiros, and what really made the difference was following the Dialed Health kettlebell program with consistency. Unilateral workouts/ stabilization work work has me on the bike again.
