Disc Golf Valley Hack 6.2 + Redeem Codes

I’ve been playing disc golf valley since it came out. I was level 140ish when because of an update I got recent and lost all the discs I worked hard to collect. I didn’t let it get to me too much and worked my way back to current level 75. I still never see any good Rives in the shop and am yet to get a big skip extra glide rive or the extra glide light weight Rive which is frustrating after having worked for this long after the reset. So I decided to buy the extra bag slot for 25k in game only to be told after buying it that I need to purchase the extra slot with real life money additionally. This is extremely frustrating as I just spent months of in game grinding on a completely wasted purchase that I had zero warning about. And now I probably won’t have enough coins for a good Rive if it actually appears the shop now after waiting forever. I truly love this game but spending 25k coins on a wasted purchase is something that needs to be fixed with a warning on the purchase or maybe it should actually simply give the extra disc slot…

This is a truly special game. Hats off to the developer for building a seemingly simple game that is endlessly entertaining and complex. There’s no in-game purchases or ads.. this is just a highly rewarding disc golf experience that will have you coming back again and again to improve your scores and tackle those incredibly challenging courses.

The physics are great and capture the essence of the sport. There’s just enough randomness it’s more about developing a feel for each disc and it’s attributes than it is charting a specific power & aim formula for each shot. When you’re disgusted over an unfortunate roll down the hill after an apparently perfect tee-shot, you just might find yourself rethinking the same shot for next time... maybe landing on a hillside is too risky, look for flat ground instead.

It’s been awesome to see this game get the attention it deserves. There’s thousands playing daily, and communities on FB & Reddit are growing exponentially. I highly recommend downloading this game and earning that Pro Rating, it won’t be easy.

I’ve been playing DGV for a couple years now, and what always appealed to me is how original the game felt. Upon opening the game, you’re met with relaxing music and a simple UI. It was my favorite way to relax after a stressful day. No ads, no pay to win, and unranked multiplayer when you want to just enjoy playing some disc golf without worrying about being at your best to keep up your rank.

When pro discs and limited edition discs that cost real money were introduced I was fine with it because it helped support the game, but didn’t give much of an advantage since all of those discs were fairly attainable by just playing the game. But now you can just purchase coins to get around playing tournaments to buy the better discs and buy upgrades that would take a fair amount of time for someone else who earns it through gameplay. And to top it all off, you now have to sit through ads unless you pay to get rid of them. And finally, even regular multiplayer is now ranked, so you can’t have a chill round of disc golf with strangers anymore without worrying about your rank.

I’m sad to say the game just isn’t the same anymore, trying to monetize every aspect of the game and taking away the old multiplayer has really ruined it for me.

This game is for you. Not much else to say! Its a wonderfully fun way to keep playing disc golf when you cant play disc golf. Sure it may be idealized (don’t think I’ll ever be able to throw my Rive 660’, rely on a 100’ skip, or shoot under par at Emporia), but I think thats why anyone likes sports related games.

This game is also wonderful in the active, consistent development. The team continues to add new game modes, patch in updated scenery and challenges to existing courses, and partner with teams and touring pros to add new discs. Nothing is really blocked behind a paywall and the game is complete without ever spending a dime - and if something does require purchase, its the team series discs and a portion of the purchase actually goes to the players. I’m personally a huge fan of the updated ranked multiplayer thats in beta as I’m writing this - cant wait to see how that evolves!

Update: New updates have made the game even worse and it’s not worth playing. There seems to be a paywall now to get more consistent gameplay.

I’ve been playing this game for years and I like the overall concept, including the challenges, tournaments, and course design. The biggest issue (that many others have highlighted) is the unpredictable physics. The daily challenges are the clearest indication of the physics issues. During these challenges, the wind direction and power don’t change for 24 hours and I’ve thrown the same shot with the same disc on multiple occasions and it performs drastically different each time. I’ve also had “skip” discs not skip as described on one drive, then skip three times only to end up 100 meters away from its original landing spot and in the water or OB. I’ve also had situations where I angle the disc with the wind to push the disc, but when I let go, the disc comes out flat and turns hard into the wind. I will keep playing, but I’ve learned that beating the challenges and tournaments are a matter of luck rather than skill. If you are okay with that, then I would recommend this game.

I wish all the reviews from years back would revisit their reviews, because I would hazard a guess they would be quite different today. The game has had so many rapid changes for the worse, instead of focusing on fixing known and prevalent issues with the gameplay, the emphasis has changed to an attempt to scrape money from the game and add new courses with no regard to fixing old problems. Years in and there are still trees whose collision is three or four times the size of the tree and surfaces that clip the discs on common routes for the disc flight. But more than anything the disc flights seem to have changed, they can be really unpredictable at times seemingly for no reason, a fraction of difference on your angle seem to now equate to 100s of feet difference in landing on certain discs at times. Just feels all around different than it used to and it’s unfortunate because it used to be something great, but I’m guessing when spin-off took over is when it went downhill fast. Most of the negative reviews seem to line up with that as well.

This game has gotten to the point where it feels like 80% of matches are decided by how lucky you get on the ground action of the disc. Sometimes you get a duff skip with a big skip disc. Sometimes you don’t. Sometimes the disc runs and skips and rolls and does absolutely bonkers stuff. Use a roll disc to stick the landing? It’ll randomly get 100 feet of ground play for no reason. Your disc is 90% in bounds touching the OB line? Oh, that’s out of bounds because the rules of disc golf don’t apply here. Added extra power to go through a bush? Oh that bush has no hit box so you’re OB long. Is that a tree branch, sure looks like it, but you can go right through that one. Someone else will hit a different branch and that one has a hit box, don’t worry. A person chains out or rolls OB on your screen? Well don’t worry, on their game it stayed in bounds or stayed in the basket. Why? Because the programming randomizing everything means you saw one possible outcome but they got the lucky outcome instead. It’s all trash. Until I hear all these things are fixed, I’m done.

Often discs do not follow their descriptions. This is mostly due to the wind physics, I find. After rewatching numerous screen captures, I’ve noticed that sometimes the wind has a small effect, sometimes it has no effect, and other times it has a preposterous effect. The wind gauge on the side has very little to do with this and I often have discs (wind break) that are still pushed comically around by 1 mph winds. It’s frustrating to throw a line that is pushed so far to the side by wind it hits a tree or water hazard when there was hardly wind and thrown with a hyzer. If there is an “unpredictability” algorithm in place, it’s activation percentage is far too high. After grinding out over two dozen levels of multiplayer, I know for a fact when a disc is supposed to turn, especially if it’s a wind break extra glide Anchor I’ve used almost every basket for 10+ levels.

Also, please work on the hit boxes for trees. Sometimes I pass straight through the leaves with no effect and other times I miss a tree by a meter and still throw leaves all over.

I really enjoyed the look and feel of this game. As an avid disc golfer, it helped me pass some time while getting a taste of something I enjoy. That being said, after sinking hours and hours into the game and solving the majority of the star puzzles, my disc bag contained essentially the same discs that I started with. Making the same shot, on the same course, with the same discs got really old after about two days. The developer really needs to allow players to expand their bag quicker so it feels rewarding to play.

For example, my reward for passing levels four and five in the tournament mode were all base model explorers, just in different colors. Six “rewards” that were functionally they same and matched something I already had. Not to mention it takes anywhere from 10-15 minutes to complete a tournament that will only get you from 10-30% of the experience needed to level up. So, I spent about two hours for nothing...That’s when I stopped playing and probably won’t return.

This is an incredible disc golf game, the best on the App Store to date. Per (the developer) constantly is updating the game with courses, discs, tournaments and other features. The rounds are nine holes for the most part. It does take time to level up and get some of the best discs in the game but unlike a lot of games you don’t have to purchase anything to compete though there are some in app purchases that can be done for special stamps or exclusive discs at the moment, but these don’t give an unfair advantage. The only advantage you can gain in a purchase at this time is an extra bag slot from buying one of the packs. The courses are well designed and creative, and there is a process of real courses being added in the future and it does feature Emporia as a real course right now. Highly recommend to anyone curious about disc golf or that is a fan of the game.
