Definitely worth the money!
I have been suffering from panic attacks and anxiety for a couple of years now off and on. Here lately they started back up. I purchased this app on a whim since nighttime has been the worst for me lately as far as with anxiety and getting to sleep while having those racing thoughts. I purchased this app a month and a half ago and although I don't use it daily, I do use it fairly often. Every time I use it, I fall asleep like clockwork! Often it is within a few minutes. It even helped me last night from going into a full blown panic attack! This app is not like the hypnosis type apps (which I didn't want). If you're debating on purchasing this then GET IT! Well worth the money.

So soothing!
I have listened to this guided relaxation a dozen or so times, usually when feeling great stress, and have yet to hear it to the end. I always seem to be guided into clearing my mind and fall into a deep sleep.

I have several of Andrew Johnson's apps because I find his voice very soothing. This app has become my favorite because of the different style he uses. Instead of a guided relaxation, telling you what to do, he makes gentle suggestions, reinforcing your power to choose and not weighing you down with demands.

I'm a believer
I used to lie awake scared to go to bed for fear of nightmares and thinking about it made me nervous to the point of insomnia when I found out it was driven by anxiety I was scared even to take medication someone told me about Andrew Johnson and I thought that's just silly an app is going to help me calm down and avoid anxiety and sleep better after 2 nights the nightmares were gone and I was able to fall asleep much quicker! And I've since applied it to other anxiety triggers in my life and it continues to work

One of Andrew's Best...
I have most of Andrew's apps and I'd put "Don't Panic" in my top 3 if not #1 favorite. You don't have to have panic issues to benefit from this program. It is something I would recommend for everyone to use. I typically will use it during a lunch break or power nap. When I'm through I feel like a new person... It's like a health and sanity reset button.

Absolutely amazing!!!
I just happened to stumble upon the "relax for free" app, so I downloaded it. I have incredibly high anxiety and severe panic attacks. Listening to Andrew Johnson's apps have helped so much! Having them on my iPod makes it even easier to listen to in public. It just looks like I'm listening to music!! His voice is so soothing and relaxing. I recommend these apps for anyone, even if you don't have panic attacks! Everyone can relax a little more!

It works.
Andrew said to do this meditation for a minimum of three weeks. I did that and did the meditation on the plane as i sat after boarding. It was the first time i didnt panic in ten years. Xanax didnt work for me before but this meditation did. Try it, you have nothing to lose, and if it works for you, you have all to gain. Also, i get freaked out about hypnosis. This does not hypnotize you where you lose control, its just very relaxing.

Amazing!
After two nights of using, I found myself automatically thinking the words "peace and calm" when a worry came up. It took me a few seconds to realize where those words came from but instantly recognized how much better I felt having thought them. Andrew is my hero - I use his deep sleep app and his get fit app also.

I suffer from severe anxiety. This is the first time in over a year u have gone a week with out a panic attack. This app is amazing. I've had trouble sleeping but I can't even make it through the app because I fall a sleep! His voice is so soothing. I was at my wits end and ativan wasn't working anymore. This app has literally given me my life back.

Best of the bunch
I have several apps by Andrew Johnson. I sleep better, am more confident, and very relaxed. But I am able to let go some of my phobias and no longer afraid of panic attacks now that I've had this app for a week. Even though I fall asleep sometimes before its over, I feel the benefits. Highly recommended.
