Functionality
I agree with the other reviews. I liked Square because I could view the appointment calendar anywhere! The fact that I can’t view my calendar in this app is a major downside. Highly recommend calendar integration.

Lacking More Features then I can count!!!
I have to say that I am completely disappointed in this mobile app. The fact that you can’t view the schedules for the providers as an administrator for the office is sad. The inability to upload insurance cards or update information or pretty much do anything related to the patient other than send them a message (which you can’t even send them a attachment or document from the app). There is no backend administrative support on this app as in if I need to update an insurance card or update any type of demographics, I have to bust out my laptop and go on the web to do everything. What’s the point of an app that is pretty much read-only that doesn’t show anything of importance? Elation needs to get it together if they plan on moving forward into the next few years to be competitive.

Although my clinicians find the templates to be fine, from a practice management perspective, your software platform is a disaster.

Minimal Functionality
The app does the minimal functions of messaging, scanning and uploading documents and attacking patient profile photographs well and quite seamlessly. The reason that I give this app a one star ⭐️is because I would expect that a medical software (EHR) company would be able to develop a medical software (EHR) app that provides similar fictionality to that of the desktop version of the software. Helpful practitioner functionality would include: Rx refill, updating information in patient profile, ability to view at least the last visit notes, ordering labs or imaging. I hope Elation considers practitioner feedback and continues to improve and expand the functionality of the app.

Better than lugging around a laptop!
Provides an easier way of viewing patient information on my phone without having to take my laptop with me everywhere.

Very limited
Needs ability to refill or create new Rx at a minimum. Ability to create other orders or send staff messages would be a plus. That is the premise of an “App”. The portability function of a desktop program!
Battery review,
Poor functionality
The login is very cumbersome. For a short time it was a little better, being able to use face ID, now it’s worth than it was before the face ID!!! Cannot see the calendar / schedule. Cannot order tests or see results, and cannot even attach handouts to patient letters!

Needs calendar functionality
I use elation everyday, and the sooner I get full calendar integration for the phone (app or browser) I’ll happily adjust my review to 5 stars. Please please please!!

It’s a start
Easy to view, but can’t do anything besides patient photos/scan documents. REALLY need to be able to refill or send new meds with this app!!!
