Can’t even log in
I’ve already set up an account in order to set up the lionheart monitor, but on the app every time I try to log in it kicks me back to the studio selection map. Deleting and redownload loading the app does nothing.
Also, why does this app require a separate login from the other apps like Challenge and Training? It won’t take those other app’s passwords so I had to create a new account.
There should just be one app for everything.

So many apps
The Challenge app is great and the Glofox where you can book classes works well. There are so many apps that it is difficult to keep up with
It would be nice if we had the ability to use the heart rate monitor for out of studio workouts and track within the app. I know you can link the hr monitor to other apps, but would be nice to have it all in one app. You could still earn points within the app too similar to other fitness studio apps.

Can’t login
Overall there are too many apps for F45. I am attending a newly opened studio and they gave me a heart rate monitor but didn’t give me instructions on how to get it set up. So I tried to research myself and downloaded this app. It won’t let me login with my email and password and keeps sending me in a loop. I reset my password but it didn’t seem to work. Now I’m not sure how to get it hooked up for my work outs. I’d prefer just to use my Apple Watch for these workouts.

No Apple Health Integration
I switched to F45 from OrangeTheory recently and must admit I’m thoroughly disappointed in the app. There needs to be an integration to Apple health so that the health stats are merged into apple health. Connecting the heart rate monitor to the Apple Watch isa lazy way around coding the solution. It drains the watch and requires manual user steps. If you forget to do it, you don’t get any of your stats for that workout. If OrangeTheory can get it done, F45 can as well.

Like the app, but Apple Watch battery drains
I do like the app and being able to track my workouts. The issue is that having lionheart connected to my Apple Watch, drains the battery before the end of the day. This is because it doesn’t disconnect after the workout is finished, so I have to manually disconnect it every time.

Functionality could use improvement
It’s great to be able to see my stats, but the workout time is often longer than my workout. It would be great if there was an option to see all stats from each workout style since there are so many different types. That way, we could track our progress for each style of workout.

Horrible App!!
What in the world are you guys thinking?? You post graphs of workouts in the app, but don’t allow magnification of any sort or organization of the saved stats. You seriously post JPEGs of workouts!? Absolutely useless!! This app is not just uninspired, but it serves no useful purpose, whatsoever!!! You should fire your entire development team!! I am a paying F45 member and this app tarnishes the company’s reputation.

App not working
I recently joined F45 and upon purchasing the heart rate monitor, when trying to enter the details of the heart rate monitor to the app I select studio … I log in … it takes me to a page to upload profile and enter the serial number of the monitor and then almost immediately it takes me back to the select studio page. It simply doesn’t work.

Will not login
The app is supposed to link with my MINDBODY account. It keeps telling me that my passwords don’t match, but I reset my MBO password just to make sure they’re the same. It still isn’t working The “forgot my password” feature doesn’t work on it either. I get an error when I try to do that. I can’t get into the app to use my F45 HR monitor and it’s very disappointing.

Poorly designed
The app is not connected properly across MindBody SSO. When I try to login so I can connect my Lionheart heart rate monitor - from F45 ironically - it tells me to reset my password with MindBody password.
Reset MindBody password and F45Life passwords to match (which is a security no-no I will add). Still no joy. F45 app is unable to sync passwords across systems.
In the time of virtual fitness classes it would make sense to invest in your digital technology.
