Best app I downloaded in 2018
This is my favorite app that I downloaded last year and I hope the developers will continue to fine tune it. This app has been a game changer for me in understanding my cycle and I love the physiology, exercise and nutrition sections. What could be improved: the visual aspect isn’t particularly slick and a lot of the snack recipes are too sweet. The “latest insights” format is clunky (I’d rather see insights for each cycle phase than overall insights). I’d also love to see more tips/actions/recommendations for each cycle phase - maybe seed cycling or aromatherapy or meditations. Overall great app tho - I hope more women download it. :)

Great resource
I’m really impressed with this app. I’m a registered dietitian so I always assess the nutrition recommendations closely, and I think the information provided is fantastic. It drives me insane when apps suggest super specific diets that promise to cure all your health issues (spoiler: they won’t and your grocery bill is going to be insane). The recommendations here are general enough that anyone can modify them to their preferences and they’re actually accurate.
The quick facts provided regarding how you might feel physically during the phase you’re in are super helpful as well. I’ve always noticed difficulty breathing during aerobic exercise the week before my period and now I have a better understanding of how my hormones are affecting that. I also appreciate that they don’t just suggest doing yoga everyday like some other resources.

Mood and energy predictors a plus!
It irritates the mess out of me that cramps are labelled “stomach cramps” (as if that organ has anything to do with menstruation - though at last check science still doesn’t know if cramps originate in the uterus or the cervix so whatevs).
The app also lacks any tracking of cervical fluid and could benefit from a screen that shows cycle patterns over time but for the most part it’s doing the basic job of calendaring.

Why is the date always wrong?
I like the idea of this app but I have a hard time trusting information from an app that can’t get the date right. The date consistently displays as one day behind. For example today is October 13 but the calendar displays it as October 12.

If you can’t figure out what the date is when running on a device that knows exactly what the date and time is how on earth can I trust that you’re presenting accurate data? Scientific papers after all are much more complicated sources of information than a calendar.

Has promise
I am still getting into the habit of using this app, it has some very helpful feature. I am enjoying the articles, the health tips, and recipes. With the cycle tracker I would like to see a few more symptoms added. I have never had stomach cramps, they are higher in the abdomen. I regularly experience uterine cramping and occasionally bowel cramping. I would appreciate if these options were included. And keep up the good work. ❣️

This app is soooo full of helpful information about all things related to women, our menstrual cycles and training. This is the best app I’ve downloaded this year! If you’re looking to learn more about all of the areas I listed previously (plus more because there is sooo much information) then go ahead and get this app. You won’t be disappointed.

Great app for women!
This is one of those apps I didn’t realize I needed until I had it. It’s given me such insight into when I can push hard, when I need to dial it back and how neither one of these things have anything to do with my “motivation” or “dedication”. Head games be gone!
I’d love to see a few more options for symptoms such as discharge and mood (such as sadness, rage).

This app is the best app I have ever downloaded! So insanely helpful. Amazing tool coupled with your dedication to getting to know your own body, train your body, and take care of your body! I thought I was out here on my own trying to manage the “monthly lady biz”. Finally a tool that helps me understand exactly what’s taking place and what my body is asking me for.

I love this app!
I’m a registered nurse, and I’ve tried to use what I know about female physiology and hormone fluctuations to search period related fitness tips in the past. I kept thinking, “why hasn’t someone done this already?” and then I stumbled upon this app! To have all of this information in one place is awesome!

Wish it worked
I was really excited to use this after reading about it online, but my timezone is wrong and there’s no way to manually change it, which means that my date on the calendar is a day off. The interface is clunky and multiple settings state as “undefined”. With the last bug update being 7 months ago, it seems like the devs have left this behind.
