Really Enjoy
I have 4 apps from Andrew and I love and recommend them. Only complaint I would have is an option for a timer to start program would be nice. Especially with this app to wake up after playing one cycle of the suggestions would really motivate my workout. When I play before bed I honestly wanna get up out of sleep and start working out. Make an alarm option :) that would make this way more awesome.

Great to keep you on track
I enjoy these guided meditation apps. This one helps me to keep in mind what I need to do daily to be more healthy. I notice I was more careful in my wasting habits and made more time to exercise during the day. Though you may not lose weight it helps you be more intuitive with your health and body.

Tried many others... This one works for me!
I have probably downloaded 20 of these types of Apps. This is the first one that actually seems to work for me. I have come to the viewpoint that it's based on the individual of what works and doesn't work for them. And to be very honest, some of Mr. Johnson's apps do not work for me. However, this one seems to have an incredible effect. For the first time in my entire life, I am actually able to wake up motivated and ready to exercise daily! The delayed wake mechanism on this is excellent. I set the time about 10 minutes prior to when my normal alarm would activate. I am finding myself not using my alarm clock very often. I seem to have more morning energy to get that workout in. Thank you for such a great app!

Not as good as his others
This is the first Andrew Johnson app I haven't been too happy with. It seems like he spends way too long getting to the point here... I feel like he spends too much time asking you questions ("you know you made the right choice, dont'cha?"). It just sounds inconsistent with the other apps, but most importantly it takes away from time he could be speaking something that reinforces the point of this App. He also speaks a ton about you mentally looking at a photograph of how you want to look, then repeats it. Look at the left photograph, now look at the right photograph... I find this bit annoying and wish again those words were encouraging things instead. Just feels like filler. Usually his apps work for me, but this one I'm struggling to keep up with because it's less pleasant.

5K in 2 weeks!
I'm so serious. I hated running. I was always like 😒 ugh gotta run...because I knew it was good for heart and all that other stuff.
Now I love it and I'm a super nerd for it. I'm like 😍 I get to RUN! 😍 I have been inspired by a few good stories, but nothing's given me the "want to" until I started going to sleep to this app 2-3 times a week.
One complaint though--transitions are choppy, not like in his infinite relaxation app. I have several of his apps (don't panic, manage stress, inf relaxation) and they are all so helpful! The human brain is just amazing! Hypnosis works'

Gotta agree not quite as good
This one came in a package I bought which is a good way to get these. I started out with just the Procrastination ap but now use several. I even use them in the morning first thing when just waking up. They do work

love the Andrew Johnson apps, especially the ones where you can adjust the intro time & sleep or wake ending.

would like to suggest that he change something on this one however. when he says "open your eyes" he kind of screams it. then says "GENTLY open your eyes!" very loudly. this is startling.

I dont care for the part where he says he's going to count and "at 5, wiggle your fingers & toes" etc. he says this 3 times when once would be enough. I find myself doing this too early. he shouldn't repeat what he's going to do, just do it.

also, I like his other recordings that have birds chirping at the end. this one doesn't.

This is great, I've been listening for about three days now and I already feel highly motivated to be more active. Ive been on 5 mile walks every day since i started. I recomend to any one interested. ^_^

I've been looking for this. . .
It amazes me how the human psyche works with our subconscious. . . It works and I'm glad to fall asleep to it each night (earbuds) and wake up knowing I'm motivating myself to do something that will improve the quality of my life. Very cool app!
