kelc1189,
Can’t recommend enough!
This is my 3rd pregnancy. I always get super sick and with my first two I stopped working out with the nausea/fatigue and then never started again (at least not consistently). It felt overwhelming when I had lost so much strength and didn’t know where to begin or what I should be doing. After discovering Becky I was determined to make my next pregnancy different. However, once morning sickness set in I once again stopped working out and felt discouraged. When I finally started feeling a little better around 20 weeks I decided to give her app a go. I figured late was better then not at all. I am now almost 28 weeks and feeling so much stronger. I have been able to consistently do the workouts and even feel that they have gotten easier despite being further along in pregnancy. It’s so encouraging and makes me feel so much more empowered and grateful for my body throughout this process as I take care of my mind and body. Becky is just the right amount of challenging and encouraging. She makes it doable and makes you feel like you can work with your body and not against it. I am so grateful for her knowledge and workouts, I cannot wait to see how it changes my postpartum experience as well.
Lunastrah,
Challenging without overwhelming
Growing up, I hated working out. I truly dreaded it and would feel nauseous whenever I thought about having to work out. After having my 3rd baby in 4 years I knew I wanted to do something to stay healthy and fit for my family. I didn’t know where to start or what was safe for pregnancy AND postpartum without having to buy separate programs or do lots of research and planning. Good for the SWOLE has been SUCH A BLESSING! It is perfectly challenging and Becky constantly gives ways to adjust it to your needs and level all while sounding encouraging and positive. Many of the workouts are interval style so it’s 30sec work and 30sec break so you don’t get overwhelmed and you can truly focus on proper breathing and form (super important). She’s also a mom herself and you can tell she understands and is sympathetic to the journey of health you’re taking. I actually found myself telling my husband “I like working out”!!! I NEVER THOUGHT I’D SAY THAT!! Do yourself a favor and try out her free trial! You have nothing to lose (except fat ;) and everything to gain (like muscle ;).
Mamamia789,
So worth it!!
I’ve been using the app for almost a year, starting in my second trimester and am now 5 months postpartum. I love Becky!! The workouts are perfect. Following along with a weekly workout plan is so nice because I don’t have to think about what I’m going to do for exercise that day. It’s nice just to turn on and follow along. Moving my body all throughout pregnancy and using these specifically tailored workouts has been huge in my quick recovery and feeling good throughout pregnancy. I am a massage therapist, corrective exercise specialist, and have my bachelors in exercise and wellness and I appreciate SO SO much the focus on strengthening/engaging the core, using proper form and breathing, and strengthening the body in an effective, balanced, functional way. I have learned so much! I also love how she has us drinking water throughout, every rest, it has really helped me stay hydrated while pregnant and breastfeeding. Well worth the subscription!!
Shannon B123,
Worth every penny!
Becky is so good! These workouts are so effective, engaging and doable. Every other workout program I’ve tried has either had workouts too long and difficult that I would give up early-making me feel like a quitter-which made me full on quit haha. Or the videos were just too boring and felt ineffective. I started with the free trial and just focus on deep core alone, and had AMAZING results healing my diastasis recti in that little time-I was hooked. The app is broken down by trimester and postpartum recovery phases-so you can pick what suits you best atm. You can do a new workout every day-or sometimes I like to do the same video for a few days, see/feel my progress, then move to another area. So thankful I found this! It gave me the recovery and healing needed to feel confident enough in my body to get pregnant again! And is still giving me the confidence in this pregnancy to hopefully VBAC.
janiebaker,
Best and safest Workout EVER!!!
I suffer with a back condition called spondylolisthesis. I have never done a workout program more than a couple weeks without having to quit because it would bother my spondee and then I’d be in the chiropractor for months trying to feel better. Because Becky does such an amazing job with deep core work and healing and strengthening your pelvic floor, for the first time ever, those little pelvic floor muscles that help support my spine are really being strengthened and I feel great when I work out! Plus it’s great not to pee my pants when I jump rope or do jumping jacks! I would highly recommend this app to anybody who wants to feel awesome and get their body in the best working condition it could be in! BTW, I didn’t start her program until I had already had 5 babies and the last one was already almost 2 years old. It’s never too late!
abigail.badger97,
Love these workouts and this sweet instructor!
So thankful for the time and dedication Becky has put into these workout guides to help woman support their bodies. Especially the focus to support women during pregnancy and to help guide women to heal their bodies after delivering their babies! I love the education she has so evidently poured into this with the heart to explain why certain positions and breaths are so important along with making sure each movement is safe for each stage of pregnancy/postpartum. The breakdown is amazing when I have clients that need to hone in on spd or diastasis. It’s an amazing tool for momma’s who need guided stretches for round ligament pain, every pregnant woman can benefit from exercises to help relax the pelvic floor, and all of the movement through a pregnancy can help balance out and align a woman’s body to allow space for baby to find the best position for birth. Highly recommend this app and all of the exercises and stretches from Becky!
kathrynfrombrooklyn,
Extremely well rounded program
I’ve been doing Becky’s workouts since 1/2 way through my first pregnancy, 5 years ago. I’ve had two more babies and with each pregnancy, labor and delivery, I’ve felt strong and able to get through it. Also, I tore a little bit with my first baby and didn’t tear at all with my second two! I only wish I would have done her post partum workouts with my first two post partum periods because it’s helped me recovery in my third post partum so quickly! I had pelvic floor issues with my second PP and went to a PT that didn’t really help me. I didn’t want to go through that this time so I went through her whole PP program. I’m now 6 months PP and just started the advanced workouts. I feel ready for them and it shows! Thank you Becky for all your knowledge you share with us!
MiClaireD,
A prenatal workout lifesaver!
Love this app! I discovered this after weeks of struggling with exhaustion during my first trimester. Then as I entered my second I was constantly googling how to adjust my workouts, which was discouraging and made me less likely to actually workout. I finally stumbled across Becky’s Instagram and gave her app a try and it’s been a lifesaver!

The video format is excellent because I follow along with her and never have to set my own timer (the struggle is real with some workout guides), she has tons of supplementary material on deep core exercises, breathing techniques, stretches, and postpartum. The videos vary in length so I can do 10 minutes or 30 or combine a few depending on how I’m feeling and what type of workout I want. It’s really an all-inclusive app. I’ll definitely be keeping this up for the duration of my pregnancy and beyond!
hullo_sar,
So good!
I'm writing this out of breath from the 40 minute workout I just did! It was amazing. But yesterday's workout was just as good, and only 12 minutes long. I LOVE that the app has such a variety of workouts, to fit my schedule and my needs.

Also, I sincerely love Becky's encouragement in each workout. Maybe that's just because I'm a big words of affirmation person lol but she makes me feel so good about squeezing in my workout!! It's like working out with a friend 🤍

I've used this app while TTC & prepping for pregnancy, during my 1st pregnancy & miscarriage, and now in my 2nd pregnancy (20+ weeks along now 🎉). Wherever you're at, Becky meets you there. This app has been such a good way for me to build confidence in my body's abilities, and I seriously feel the difference in my deep core & pelvic floor function! I recommend the app to all women.

For reference, I was a high school athlete but more casual in college. Recently I regularly do yoga & cycling. But I have two girlfriends who have downloaded as well, one who is more active than I am, one is who much less, and they both love it! So I think it's good for all levels - Becky does such a good job explaining everything that I think a beginner would feel comfortable and get great use from the app.
Courtny J J,
Perfection!
Followed for a long time, but started the app during my second trimester of my third pregnancy last year. I was in a ton of pain and doing these workouts along with PT was exactly what I needed to make it through my very uncomfortable pregnancy. Now 11 months postpartum, I’ve just moved up to advance postpartum workouts and I feel stronger than ever and I’m even noticing I get cranky when I skip a workout. I’ve started Pilates in my town + this app 3x a week and I feel human again!!! I’ve tried a ton of different apps, gyms, dance studios, etc. but Becky just always makes you feel good about where you are at, and I also appreciate the handful of workouts using baby as a weight, because I tend to get interrupted more than I should. Don’t hesitate to get this going!
