Doesn’t Work
I can log in to the allergy test website with my email and password. When I enter the same email address and password into the app, it doesn’t work. It’s pointless. Why did the allergy test company bother with the app? What a waste of time. I’ll just go to the actual website.

Please fix
I was using the app perfectly fine after my information was put in but all of a sudden the whole screen turned grey and never came out of it I deleted the app and tried downloading it again it was fine until I put my information in then the screen turned grey. Please fix!

Screen goes gray
Terrible app. As soon as you enter your credentials, the screen freezes with a gray background. Also never received all of the results from testing from said app. Not worth the app or money for allergy testing.

Does not work
Keeps telling me login failed but I can get on the site I purchased the allergy kit from just fine. Tried deleting app and reloading, updating and still- login failed.

I get a “login failed!” every time I enter my credentials, but they work on the website just fine. Not sure what the issue is there.

Freezes when logging in
After entering my correct username and password and tapping “login“, the screen goes gray and freezes. I have reloaded the app three times and have gotten the same result. Worthless app.

Login does not work
This app is useless. The username/password you create on the website does not work in the app. Login failed is the only error. Upon contacting the company, I was told to create a new username and try again. However there is no option in the app or on the website to create an account except when you purchase a test. I already purchased a test and created a login that works online. Please fix the app to accept the website credentials!
