Lorex Cloud Hack 2.0.3 + Redeem Codes

I updated the app and the notifications are coming back threw but they are very delayed and sometimes it doesn’t send the notification

I got the app notifications working and then they stopped working again this is getting really annoying having to call in every time something is wrong. Lorex needs to figure this out

Thank you for fixing the push notifications. I wish you would just listen to the the people using the App. When there is problems with multiple user having the same problem. That most likely it’s your problem. Instead you give ridiculous reasons with the user has a problem. I own 3 systems by Lorex, one at my daughters house. One at moms house and one at my house. 3 different user with the same problem. That means most likely it is you problem. Yes the App could use some updating. But I can live with it. I travel all over the United States and never had a problem connecting to my cameras. Using either my iPad or iPhone. My house internet connection 400mbps download 12mbps upload.

Just had a custom guy install “cameras” he used lorex.. the apps are terrrible, there is no quick way at all to go to playback and half the time it just spins anyway. I have two different sites, and between cameras there is a page of blank cameras you have to scroll past. The only way you would catch something is if you knew exactly when something went missing and had time to go back on a tv.. not a app and search that specific camera for that specific time. I used cellular game cameras before and will probably put them back up just so I have a feed of motion at night I can scroll quick and all cameras come to one feed. Scroll it 5 min, you know all that happened everywhere.

I’ve had experience with other camera system apps and none of them are great. However you can’t really go wrong with this once once you set up and learn how to use. There’s a lot of hidden features that allows you to customize alerts and other things exactly how you want them right from your phone.

I consistently have issues with motion alerts. Second time in a five month time frame. Very dissatisfied for the investment made on equipment $$$$. I’ve called customer service several times with no solution. The app will work for a while and then I’ll just stop getting the motion alerts. I mean isn’t that the whole point of a camera system? Wishing my receiver was compatible with the home app alternatively. Seems like Lorex caters more to the uses with those systems. Additionally, I find this app touchy and not user friendly. Overall, do your research on the app compatible with the receiver your considering.

I bought a new Lorex System that uses Lorex Cloud . After speaking with the technician support several times over the phone, they stated that my cameras are detecting smart motion but they believe the Lorex Cloud doesn’t push smart notifications through. It does push regular motion but not smart motion, which I can’t use because I gets 10s of false alerts. This is extremely upsetting, because I invested so much money on the system.

This has been a complete nightmare! Going on 3 weeks of the same issues and doing the same thing . Just waiting for a big ticket item to be stolen from out properly due to this situation. We have spent hours on the phone with tech support we have deleted the app re install it with no correction no matter what we do and what Lorex technical support has told us to do . We just get another case# with no answers or corrections. Very frustrating and just want it fixed to work properly.

Lorex is hopeless! After posting the following review, they responded by asking me to call the same useless support group that already wasted many hours of my time through repetitive, incompetent, troubleshooting steps. Just fix the app! “Months and months go by. App still doesn’t work. Lorex just doesn’t care. Endless time with clueless customer support. Will never buy another Lorex system.”

This app is garbage. If you do end up going with Lorex as a system, do yourself a favor and look at a system that is compatible with the two other applications, Lorex Home or Lorex Cirrus. These two have outstanding reviews. Lorex cloud is an abomination. Push notifications are hit or miss and 9 times out of 10 the cameras fail to connect in the app.

I don’t understand everybody’s complaints. If you follow thru and do all instructed actions to set up everything works great!!
