The LTS Connect app works to optimize your security experience, giving you full control of LTS series DVRs, NVRs, IP cameras, the video doorbell, and access control. With more PT Cloud functions added, you’ll have video sharing capabilities as well. Start by creating an account and adding your security devices. Then you can live view, search and play back recorded video of all your cameras and optimize your other LTS security devices remotely from anywhere on a global scale. LTS Connect also notifies you instantly when a motion detection alarm is triggered.

Users App Not Working
I am a technican who works with LTS connect and LTS products daily. If your device stopped working after the update their are a few things you can try:
1) Go to the “settings” of your iPhone and scroll down to the “LTS Connect” app in the alphabetical list of all your apps.
2) Make sure that the setting “Local Network” is turned ON if it is not you have not given the app access to devices on your local network and you will not be able to see your camera.

**If you have already tried the above step and the camera still says “offline”uninstall the LTS connect app and re-download it. BUT BEFORE YOU DELETE APP Follow these Steps:
** Select the “more” setting at the bottom right of your app and write down your phone number or email you made your PT Cloud account with. Most cameras will only allow a device to be linked to one PT cloud account, it is EXTREMELY important you log back in LTS connect using the SAME EXACT credentials as you used when you added your device to the app.

I hope this helps the last reviewer who could not get device online.😊

Service Quality
The very best cameras, great quality day or night. And the ability to be able to see everything from my phone is so wonderful. Especially when im away from home, i can monitor all activities inside and out side of the house. My doorbell camera is always off line, basically it’s broken all the time, which doesn’t serve me any purpose of having this service. If I can’t see who is at my front door, anyone can be breaking in my home and I can’t see who it is, so i may have to change service companies because my wife and children don’t feel safe

Can’t see on my PC
I have tried countless times to access my security cameras on my PC but I only get black boxes. I have talked to the company that installed this but was referred to a website of LTS, I downloaded the software and installed, removed, reinstalled all to no avail. If I want to see my cameras I need to use my iPad or the screen directly connected to the recorder.
I had the person who installed my system change from continuous recording to motion activated because I was running out of disk space too quickly (that visit which included cleaning one camera lens was $295).
Today I accessed my system from my iPad and wanted to see the playback. Well it starts last night at midnight and ends at the current time or 9 hrs. It seems that this system is still recording continuously. I have checked the HD status and it says ‘normal’ but I have no clue how much storage has been used.
My intention from the start was to be able to have one month of video recorded. It seems that continuous recording was only good for 14 days; therefore, I had the system changed from continuous to motion activated recording.
Really, really dissatisfied with this expensive system.
I should give this -3 stars but this isn’t possible.

New updated no good
I never wright review but this new app made me wright one because the aggravation that I’m going through downloading this app was the Biggest mistake I made first off when you open the app in the middle of the night because you hear something in your yard it’s like looking at the sun the white background then everything is blurry it is not clear like it use to be the picture third when you scroll to the left going through different cams it has a stop doesn’t keep rotating around like the old app over all you guys went backwards instead of masking it better and more advance you guys went back I have 9 cams i’m gonna give it a little time if it doesn’t change get updated I’m throwing the whole system in the garbage and going with a different brand

Love the cameras and app but now playback not working
In the latest iPhone update, or this app update, the playback is not working. When I want to look back at 8:15 this morning for instance, even though there are plenty of lines showing activity it just jumps ahead, and when scroll it back to 8:15, it immediately jumps ahead, so can’t view what happened. It was working great previously for years, not sure what recently changed, but please look into and correct it, thank you!! Otherwise has been overall great camera and app for years, thank you!

Great app
Very nice app and after the last update, even better than before. My customers love it and I encourage all of them to setup the app just in case they need it later on. Once they use they can’t be without it. It’s much easier to use getting a video piece for authorities as you can save a clip and text or email them rather then saving to a flash drive. Over all the best app out there.

Live Streaming Stalls
Unlike the NVMS7000 app which gave you CONTINUOUS live streaming of your cameras on your iPhone or iPad, the LTS Connect app gives you live streaming for about 3 minutes then stops. You have to refresh the screen on the device you are viewing your cameras on to start the live stream back up. I contacted a local LTS Connect dealer and was told they never heard of this problem and had no solution(s). Very annoying! Every time I want to see what’s going on in real time, I have to refresh the screen to get about 3 minutes of viewing before it stops. If anyone knows how to FIX this please post, it will be greatly appreciated. BTW the firmware on my NVR is current so that is not the problem!

The loading time on this app is not great, but it is what it is. There used to be a “playback” option for line cross notifications but now you can only see a still image. Absolutely upset about this - I can’t always pull up the camera right away and the playback is helpful so I don’t have to go searching through all footage. Scrolling through footage is a nightmare as it’s slow and repeatedly kicks you back to the start of the day. Bring back the line cross playbacks!!!

Camera Works for a Week then Stop
I have own this LTS camera for about 2 years and have never had any success with it. The camera will work for a couple weeks then stop. If I reset the camera it will start to work again. For some reason the camera always capture the motion in front of my home but when I try to replay the video its FAILS. The live video will sync up to 90% then say FAIL. Only way to get it to work for a couple weeks is the continue to reset the camera which is not how it should work. I have a Ring Spot camera and it works way better than this.

Not good upgrade
I use to like this app when it was easy to use. But after the upgrade and deleted All my cameras from the app. The new app is so confusing and not simple like the previous. I called the company that installed in Houston. Had to read and search how to reinstall. Would of been nice for us to know this was gonna happen.
Just wish the app was back to normal. And Now Some of my cameras will not play back At All as before! Who do I call ?? 🤷🏻‍♀️
