Ist the cameras our excellent great pictures no problem with installation (i am a electriction) great price would purchase again
2nd the app has a lot to be desired tryed to connect to i phone following manual did get to work but no pictures unstable internet tried to figure it out but to no avail to late to call for tech support to long for email so called my son (computer technician) well 2 1/2 hours later we got it working after reprogramming router tweeking app settings they work yea
Over all great system app needs work owner manual needs work they write it like your a computer wizard

Great app with helpful features
I was worried about getting a camera systrm because without a good app it’s Lou these if you’re going to use it like most people. I am able to see all my cameras at once and get notifications when a movement has been made.
If you’re worried about the app being flawless, don’t worry. Take the plunge and get the annke system and download the annke app.
My only issue is when viewing all four cameras or however many you have I cannot swipe up on the bottom bar. I know this is a small tech or coding issue. It works sometimes and sometimes it does not. I’m running iOS 14.2 on an iPhone XR. Please contact me if more explaining needs to get done. Besides that the app is flawless.

Great camera
This a great stemut e App could be set up different at the Notification and playing back videos. It should be given a choice to pick Date, Time and Camera to make it easier to search back. It is horrible the way is set up now. Good. Luck playing back and searching the spot you need to see. While moving your fingers up the search is a nightmare. It keeps kicking u out of place. Sign you off and start again. Can’t search back without a hassle. Please fix this Thx

User BEWARE! Have you noticed how many fake 5-star reviews this app has, copy & pasted under different names? There is a reason for that.
This app and the Annke cameras are completely outdated and worthless. You can NOT view camera footage unless you are connected to the same network. So if you are on vacation or away from your monitored site & want updates or remote viewing capabilities, they are worthless.
Tech support? Good luck with that. It’s a hilariously frustrating circle of useless information. When you are connected to the same network and can view play back, it’s almost impossible to locate motion events within a super sensitive scroll bar of footage.
I have far superior apps & cameras in use for my other camera locations. I just returned the camera system and will be deleting this app.

Motion detection inconvenient
Before the new update I was about to click on my motion alerts & “swipe” through them checking all motions on all cameras very easily. Now with this new update I can no longer swipe between motion alerts and I’m forced to manually click on every single motion alert, very inconvenient & slow. Also when you click on the motion alert the “preview” only displays about 60% of the camera which is completely useless. It cuts off the sides, top & bottom, only showing the center of the camera. Please reintroduce the feature which lets you swipe through the alerts.

Please give an option to turn off pausing of live view
Annke can you please remove the pausing of the live view. I’m disabled and had my cameras set up around my house to keep an eye on my kids. I would give five stars if that issue was taken care of. I love the app other than that. Sitting in a chair absolutely kills my back, so I’m unable to watch my kids outside. I didn’t necessarily buy the cameras for security. I bought them to be able to watch my kids. Please remove the pausing of the live view or at least give us the option to turn that off in an update.

Always fails to resume live view.
The resuming live view stopped working after day one. It always fails. No settings changed to make it stop working between that time. The favorites never maintain the cameras. Nothing pops up automatically, consistently have to add them upon opening. Switching between cameras has a ridiculous sound. The app needs work for sure.
It does show me live views when I’m away from home if I click individual camera.
Overall, it’s a work in progress for sure but simple things you would think have been figured out, are still issues. Notifies me quickly if someone or something crosses a line or triggers motion alarm.

Remote View
This makes no since. Before I could view away from home. Now I must be on wifi the same wifi as system which is definitely not what I want. Why would I need to view them while I'm home it's when I'm away that I want to see what's going on. Please explain why the change and or how do I view while away. Thank you. This is my only complaint. I do have a question on how to get the back cameras to not be too bright I can't see anything at night and I have adjusted every way possible. I think.

It’s alright
I can watch when I’m not home, it loads up pretty good, and I get motion notifications. The only thing that bothers me a little is motion detection play back, sometimes it won’t allow you to skip through so let’s say it records 2 minutes, and I want to skip to 1:45 it will start loading but then restart back at 0:00 so I have to do it like 4 times for it to actually load to 1:45. The Normal playback works perfectly through.

Terrible product, support and company
Bought a home that had an Annke NVR system installed. The existing NVR burned up and shorted out, melted my network router. It was plugged into then when I went to replace the NVR it locked all of my cameras out called Annke support Their only live support is over in Europe or Asia somewhere so in order to get live support in the US it’s essentially in the middle of the night support refused to work with me via email made zero attempt to rectify the issue and then, when I asked for a refund, they made me ship the NVR back to them at my own cost. I will never do business with this company again and you shouldn’t either.
