One I really love it because it gives you time it is actually stops it gives you breaks and no other thing does that like it’s like keep going and they don’t give us breaks through like no you still got to go but I love this form because why it secure to me and I really really really really love it and it actually really helps me and I know I’m just a kid me my friend‘s in everyone in my school every and also every all my friends have this app and they will actually really love it and they’re using it because we realize vegetables are gu we used to just eat junk all day and now we realize app all‘s fruit you just really good that’s all

So far, so good
I have now been using this for one week straight. I like that I can connect it to my apple health app, this way it gives me a step count daily. I also like that it tracks (estimated) calories burned. There are several things inside the app that you can track to help you stay on track, or to see where you might need improvement. Such as, you can record your weight daily, water intake, how many calories burned, step tracker, a reminder to exercise, even an option for a quick workout.
So far, the only downfall that I have encountered is that sometimes the app closes out in the middle of my session. So, I have to go back into it and click through the things I have already done. This might seem like no big deal, however once your heart rate is up... it is important to keep that pace to burn calories (cardio), so it’s a pain to have to stop, and start all over and it really being able to reach the full potential. so I wish they could get this fixed. Other than that small annoyance, no complaints as of yet.

Hello i was a user of this app and I wanted to address a problem with the app, this could be my phones problem or the app but I won’t assume anything, so I couple of days ago I was just on my phone as usual and then I get so many notifications about my water tracker(bc I have it set up like that) but usually I would get the notifications like once an hour, this time they kept going on and on to the point where it made my phone crashed and after my phone restarted they kept coming back, so I made the choice to delete the app and I did that. A couple days later the app appears on my phone, but I never got it back, this time it had no icon and it just said “WomenLose” and I felt uncomfortable so I deleted it again, the next day it appeared on my phone again BUT I NEVER GOT IT BACK,AND IT SAID THE SAME THING!!!

Would I recommend this app to anyone yes but the fact that this happened I dont think I will now, I’m sorry but this is a problem and like I said in the begging it may be the app or my phone but other than that I feel like you should check your app just in case

I love the app, the only thing I wish was it had some yoga or other options like bike riding etc.

I haven’t worked out in years, recently I decided I needed to get back in shape. So I tried getting a gym membership. But I always felt awkward so I stayed on a treadmill the whole time or I’d have a hard time finding to go with two kids.

Someone recommended me this app and it’s perfect. I do beginner exercises and I cannot believe how sore I actually am. At first I thought it was too easy, until I woke up the next morning sore from a good workout. I have done the stretching exercises the app provides. But I would really love an actual yoga routine for when I am super super sore (y’all I am way out of shape. I can’t believe how sore I get from beginner workouts LOL)

Also, I love how quick I can fit these into my day. Some days we are just too busy and I remember to do a work out at 9PM. I can do a quick 2-7 min work out before bed or do bedtime stretches and I completed my goal. No worrying about equipment, going to a gym, finding time, etc.

This app is amazing
I have only been using the app for 5 days and I am already seeing a change in my body, every day I burn at least 200 calories or more in just 12 mins. Right after the workouts I feel so energized, the app does more than just help you lose weight, you can set a goal on what part of your body you want to make better, and track your steps per day, and track how much water you drink to stay perfectly hydrated. I definitely recommend using this app!!!😊😊

These new ads make the app nearly unusable
I get it- you’ve got to generate money from people like me who won’t fork over $35 a year for your app. (Ever considered a one-time cost??) So now you’ve added 30 second ads before and after workouts to get a little money off your users... ok, I get it... but do you realize I had to reopen your app 6 times today to complete two short workouts because after sitting through my 30 second ad and trying to get back to my workout, your app glitches and doesn’t load anything but a white screen. If you’re going to force ads into the app it would be great if it didn’t obliterate the usability of the app. Loved this app until you restricted everything and added in faulty ads.

The biggest problem I had with working out at home was no direction, but this app is amazing and it works every part of your body, I do different exercises from the app on top of walking and I’m seeing a difference in my body! Perfect app especially if your just starting to work out and don’t know where to start
