Great game
I really actually enjoy this game because I found it first on Xbox. I was hoping the app game would be a different storyline.
I have played this game all the way through on Xbox. It’s amazing! It’s sweet and emotional, fun, challenging. One of a kind. The controls take some getting used to, and yes you fall off words. That’s part of the challenge. So, be patient and slow down, accept that this game is not supposed to be fast paced. Enjoy the story that goes with it.

A fantastic game- worth the money
This is my first every review as well as the first game I have every spent money on and I can say both are well worth it. For anyone debating on or complaining about spending money on this game- just do it, even if you are not a gamer, as I am not. The story and graphics/sound design alone are worth the money, not to mention supporting the obvious amount of care and heart the devs put into this game. There is a lot of replay ability and is a fantastic choice for non gamers or as a mobile phone game. Gameplay is neither too easy nor too difficult and though it has just a few bugs, nothing impacted the game too much for me that a refresh couldn’t fix. Anyone who liked this game from the preview should just do it- you will not be disappointed.

Game-breaking bug in forest
Devs, there a bug bug in the forest. At the place where there are several broken trees going upwards, I keep getting stuck behind the middle tree and then am unable to get out. You can see her head bobbing around behind the tree, but you can’t move, and no magic words change it. I couldn’t figure out how to get a tree to the next level, and so I was breaking and rising everything (with difficulty here because the words act on or disappear at the first tree they touch) and then the bug gets me stuck. Since everything up to now was pretty intuitive, I wonder if the bug is bigger then just the character getting stuck, since nothing was working before that.
I was really loving the game, but this needs to be fixed so I can progress. Which I will hopefully be able to do with progress saved after an update.

I really enjoyed this game
Lost Words is beautiful and emotionally ripping at times. It does show a girl dealing with grief and loss, coming out the other side and moving on. The imagery is really well done and overall the production value is high. I especially enjoyed that there were parts you could choose options for, like the main character’s name or the color of her dress. Looking forward to playing again and choosing different options to see how the story changes.

I have not played this game yet and I already hate it
I've tried to download it, but I waited for 5 days, 5 whole days, for it to install. It is not working at all. I tried deleting it so I could restart the downloading process. It refused to be deleted. I then tried to move the application to the trash on my mac's desktop. The application became fainter and fainter until I cannot see it, but it is using up my storage and the app store shows it as it is still downloading. I am so mad. If you want to find a game you want to play on a computer, do not download this. It will be a waste of your storage.

So pretty fun cool but…………
This game is awesome but every time I get to the lava cave part with the giantess I get sent back to the first time Izzy goes to see her grandma in the hospital. Its just so frustrating and it makes me not want to play or just straight up delete it. So maybe add a button of something we’re you can save your progress. But overall it is great just solve that problem and it will be perfect. Thank you for reading this.

I’m so sorry that your game seems to have been review bombed, even just playing through the demo it’s clear a lot of love has gone into this game. The gameplay is very unique, I love this kind of interactive storytelling. Everything about this is gorgeous, from the story to the art to the incredible music. I’ll definitely check out the full game soon.

This game is absolutely beautiful both visually and emotionally! And totally worth the price after the first two chapters. Music was perfect. It was all just so carefully and thoughtfully executed. I highly recommend.

I love this game
This game is so heartfelt I love the storyline. I love the characters to choose what you get to be seeing how the game has made it the girls main mission to finish the story for her grandma I haven’t finished it yet, but I do encourage other people to play it helps you learn how to write a book and how to see things to other peoples eyes

This highly refreshing and well-crafted game is as fun for adults as it is for the children it will trick into reading. Deliberately and cunningly self-aware, the story is instantly melded with the action, set within a gorgeous, understandable environment. This game is a breath of fresh air-cozy without being saccharine, charming, and instantly engrossing. Well done.
