Clear, concise, fun and science based training.
I stumbled onto Malik’s training a little while ago and it has been a GAME CHANGER. He doesn’t follow fads or do ridiculous trainings that can get you hurt, he gives really good guidance on how to actually sculpt your body. If you’re willing to do the work, no way you won’t see real improvement.

Great App
This app is wonderful for many reason. It’s realistic training and if you watch all the content you begin to learn what realistic weight training looks like. You can contact Maik through it too. Takes you directly to YouTube videos and teaches you the “WHY” behind every exercise. Also has travel workouts which is awesome since I’m on the road for work a lot.

Hands down, the best fitness app out there!
I’m someone who has read the NASM personal training guide from cover to cover. I’ve put on muscle using all of the fad and celebrity trainer routines out there. I’ve put on muscle by just lifting very often and with progressive overload. What I missed in all of this was someone to show me how simple the technique of bodybuilding exercises can be. Maik does that with ease because he understands the science behind every single movement and he is there to show you in a way that you can implement within minutes. In all honesty, you’ll have to work on your technique in bodybuilding. It’s not going to be easy simply because nothing that is great comes easy. It will take some time.
What I can say and mean it 100% is that Maik’s app will always have you on the right track. There are simple tips that you’ll be able to add to your workout regimen and it will transform your exercise for the better. The app itself is the easiest I’ve ever used because it’s just simple to navigate to anything I want to view. I know it sounds like I’m painting this app with rose colored glasses, but I’m just a regular guy that has made mistakes when working out and injured my body while trying to put on muscle. After using Maik’s tips via YouTube for years and now having it all in one place on an app, I can truly say that I have not had a workout related injury and I’ve put on consistent muscle by using his instruction. I wish everyone the best on their fitness journey and hope that they use this app to get to the body they want.
