Game changer for my personal fitness
I very rarely feel compelled to write a review, but this app has totally changed my personal fitness routine - I’ve been using this app for >1 year, now. I have tried many different apps and personal trainers over the years, and I always felt like I wasn’t getting exactly what I wanted or I would hit a plateau or not be able to see the changes I wanted.
In my opinion, this app is so much better than a personal trainer because it gives you everything you need that a personal trainer would but also has a really strong and scalable program (no pun intended).
I have honestly never felt so confident in the gym (or in the mirror) and I have SEEN results that I have been after for years in a much shorter time than I would have expected. It gives you all the types of fitness that you need and clear form instructions to make sure you are doing moves correctly. The RPE (effort level) was a huge unlock for me to know how much weight I should be moving around vs. arbitrarily picking something up.
All of this AND it has a priced that will be even the cheapest personal trainers (while still delivering a far superior experience). I am a big fan of this app and Jack (who also is so kind and caring about his clients, even the app users).

Great all around workout.
Last year, I signed up with PRGM right after it launched. I had been looking for a new routine, it had been a couple years since I was in the gym because of the pandemic. I had been follow Jack for awhile on Instagram I always appreciated the thoughtfulness that went into his posts. I completed the Adapt program, which uses elastic bands, at home. It was amazing. Jack explains all the moves in detail and provides timers to give you a break between sets. Towards the end I could really start to see my overall body shape changing. It feels great to see progress especially when you aren’t used to seeing it and especially after working so hard to finish the program. I recently started the Thrive program, it has brought me back into the gym, with free weights and cable machines of bands. I really appreciate the quality that Jack and his team put into this app, I would recommend it to anyone who asks.

Will never look back
Jack’s content was what got me into healthy strength training 4 years ago. Since then I’ve been stringing together my own assortments of programs that had some decent effect but always resulted in either a drastic plateau or in injury (and also in boredom but that’s just my vanity). I’m now almost 8 weeks into the Rebuild program on this app and I’ve never felt better. The training is constantly changing with month and has a bug emphasis on beginning in the foundations and adding volume from there. Everyone from beginners to advance lifters will dramatically benefit from using PRGRM. Thanks again Jack and team!

Very Well Balanced Program
Love this app, I’ve been using it on iPhone and have made significant strength gains and noticed changes in my body. Energy levels are way up and I look forward to my workouts! Unlike any other program I’ve tried and I’ve been on/ off training for 10 years but now I found something sustainable. The stretching and mobility exercises definitely help in activating all the first muscle groups while staying pain free. Jack’s instructions and simple and clear. The workout tracking makes you work hard and progressively overload with RPE rather than just doing a bunch of sets/ reps. So grateful for your PRGRM!

Learning and loving it!
I’ve been lifting and exercising for 20 years on my own without much direction. Jack’s training programs and exercise education through the app is the first time I have felt real PROGRESS, like I’m finally training smarter instead of harder. I’m learning about how mobility, cardio and strength are interconnected. And I’m learning new skills and mobility routines I’ll have forever. I also LOVE that the program is all laid out for me so all I have to do is follow the exercises. The end result is I’m over 40 and I feel less lower back pain, I’ve gained 8 pounds of muscle, and I have MORE ENERGY!

Love this fitness app!!
I have been using this for quite a while and recently had a major injury to my hamstring. I was able to come back and start working out again using some modifications in this program at the lowest level. Then back to the full program. It’s very explanatory. The videos are well done and very obvious at what to do and it’s also very easy to modify if you need to. I also love that I can use different levels of the program depending on what I need to work out and how hard.

Great fitness program
I’ve been using PRGM for almost a year now and have had a great experience / results so far. I love having weight room plans and videos that explain form and breathing for each exercise. Makes going to the gym easy and helps me stay consistent. The weight / rep log is also great to reference so I know what weight I lifted last session. I recommend this app for anyone who wants to be more consistent in the weight room.

I hear that Jack may be working on a nutrition program. I would love that.

Structured WO great, iOS app has issues.
Love the structured workouts and video demos and explanations. Excellent instructions and instructor.

My only issue is with the app (iOS). It has issues with logging each set’s weight. Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn’t which makes it difficult to either remember what weight you used last session, or wonder if you’re even using the correct last weight. And while you can review exercises, you cannot review exercise logs outside of a workout session. 48 hour response to (bug) tickets seems to have disappeared, at least for me. Hoping fixes will be released soon.

Best training program available
I was lucky enough to be a part of the trial for this app. The programming isn’t what I was used to, but a much more well thought out and balanced approach to training and lifting. The app itself had a few bugs to start but overall did a great job of laying out the program, demonstrating techniques and keeping up with my progress. Jack integrates the mobility and cardio in a great way to compliment the lifting. I’ll be continuing to use the app for a long time. Thanks!

Great for home workouts
I thought I’d end up back in the gym eventually but between this app and a spin bike I don’t think I will. The volume is great for someone like me who loves working out but who also doesn’t make training their whole life. And I have the option to go harder or easier. I use powerblock dumbbells, resistance bands, a door anchor for bands, and a convertible step/bench for a quality workout in a tiny apartment.
